We continue to stand with you in prayer, lifting up every aspect of your struggle before our Heavenly Father. It has been heavy on our hearts to see the weight of discouragement, frustration, and physical suffering you’ve carried through these medical battles. We have prayed fervently for clarity in how to navigate the reports, the appointments, and the tangled web of care—or lack thereof—that you’ve encountered.
Lord, we ask You to go before this dear one as they meet with their pulmonologist on April 6. Grant wisdom to both patient and doctor, that this appointment would become a turning point rather than another dead end. We pray the pulmonologist would truly hear the urgency of the situation, recognize the connection between the GERD/LPR and the COPD, and become a strong advocate for the TIF surgery. May the nodules on the lungs be seen not as obstacles but as further evidence of the need for intervention, and may the pulmonary function test reveal stability or even improvement, reflecting Your sustaining grace.
We also lift up the emotional turmoil—the anger, the sleepless nights, the sense of being unseen or dismissed by those who should be helpers. Father, replace frustration with peace, and weariness with Your strength. Calm the heart that is worked up, and bring rest to the mind that cannot sleep. Remind this precious one that they are deeply loved, not just by us, but by You—the Great Physician who sees every detail of their suffering and holds their future in Your hands.
As decisions loom about whether to address the inaccuracies in the ENT report or simply move forward, we pray for divine guidance. Show them the path that aligns with Your will, whether it involves correction, confrontation, or quiet trust. Guard their heart from bitterness, and let Your peace rule in every choice.
Above all, we pray for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. May the surgery become a reality, bringing relief from the relentless cycle of pain and limitation. Restore the joy of cooking, the comfort of shared meals, and the simple pleasure of breathing without distress. And may this trial draw them even closer to You, the source of all hope and comfort.
We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is at work even in the waiting. If your circumstances have shifted or if answers have come, we would be overjoyed to celebrate with you. If the journey continues, we will keep lifting you up until breakthrough comes. You are not alone in this fight.
In Jesus’ mighty and compassionate name, we pray. Amen.
