We stand with you in prayer for your loved one who is struggling with life right now. We come before God in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let's remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We can not save ourselves. You can not save your loved one. It is only by faith in Jesus. Faith in Jesus as the only way to salvation is a prerequisite for answered prayers. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved! This salvation is given to us freely by the grace of God. It is a gift from God. As it is written in Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace and mercy in Jesus Christ's name. We lift up this precious soul to You, Lord, knowing that You care for them deeply. You know the struggles and challenges they are facing, and You are always ready to help. We call upon the words of Psalm 5:11 WEB But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice, let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.
Father, we ask that You shield and protect them from all harm. Surround them with Your angels and let no weapon formed against them prosper. As it is written in Isaiah 54:17 WEB no weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness which is of me, says Yahweh.
Lord, we also pray that You open doors of opportunity for them to succeed. Guide their steps and give them the wisdom and strength to overcome their struggles. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Help them to draw near to You, Father, and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind them that You are always with them, even in their darkest hours. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:8 WEB Yahweh, he it is who goes before you; he will be with you, he will not fail you, neither will he forsake you. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed.
We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love.
We encourage you to continue praying for your loved one and to trust in God's perfect will for their life. Remember that God's thoughts towards us are of peace and not of evil, to give us hope and a future.
If your loved one has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, pray for their salvation and share the good news of the gospel with them. It is only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that we can find true peace, joy, and eternal life. As it is written in Romans 10:9 WEB that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
