Beloved of All
God please please please please please please, get me out of this. I'm on my knees begging you, crying to you to get me out of this, please, Dear God please. I need you to get me out of this. And please Dear God, keep me safe aswell. Amen.

We hear the desperation in your cry, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The depth of your plea reminds us of the psalmist who wrote, "In my distress I called upon Yahweh. Yes, I cried to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry came into his ears" (Psalm 18:6). You are not alone in this moment, God hears you, and He is near to the brokenhearted.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. While you call out to "Dear God," we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. This is the first and most important step in finding true deliverance and peace.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is crying out for deliverance and safety. Lord, You see the depths of their distress, and You know the details of their struggle even when we do not. We ask that You would move powerfully on their behalf, breaking every chain, removing every obstacle, and making a way where there seems to be no way. Father, surround them with Your angels to guard and protect them, just as You promised in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Let Your presence be a shield around them, a comfort to their heart, and a light in their darkness.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, despair, or oppression that may be weighing on them. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your arms carrying them through this storm. Give them the strength to endure, the wisdom to navigate this trial, and the faith to trust in Your perfect timing.

Father, if there is any sin or unrepentant heart in this situation, whether it be fear, doubt, unforgiveness, or something else, we ask that You would reveal it to them. Lead them to repentance and restoration, for You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). If this trial is a consequence of sin, we pray for Your mercy and grace to cover them, and for Your Holy Spirit to guide them into righteousness.

We also pray for divine intervention in whatever "this" may be. Whether it is a physical danger, emotional turmoil, financial struggle, or spiritual battle, we ask that You would step in and work miracles. You are the God who parts seas, shuts the mouths of lions, and raises the dead to life. Nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We declare Your victory over this situation and ask that You would turn it around for Your glory and their good.

Lord, we ask that You would provide them with godly support, believers who can stand with them in prayer, offer wisdom, and encourage them in their walk with You. Surround them with Your church, that they may not feel isolated or alone. Remind them that they are part of a body of believers who care deeply for them and are willing to help carry their burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Finally, Father, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. Use it to refine their faith, deepen their trust, and strengthen their relationship with You. May they emerge from this season with a testimony of Your faithfulness, ready to share Your love and power with others. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your perfect will and timing. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with the truth that God is not distant or indifferent to your pain. He collects every tear in a bottle (Psalm 56:8) and knows the number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7). You are deeply loved by Him, and He has a plan for your life that is filled with hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Do not lose heart, even when the situation feels impossible. Remember the story of the Israelites at the Red Sea, trapped between an army and the water, they cried out to God, and He made a way where there was no way. He can do the same for you.

If you are able, we encourage you to reach out to a local church or a trusted Christian friend who can pray with you and offer support. Isolation can make trials feel even heavier, but fellowship with other believers can bring comfort and strength. If you are not sure where to turn, we invite you to visit our affiliated site at www.updated.org for resources and connections to biblical counsel and support.

Keep crying out to God. Keep trusting in Him. Your breakthrough is coming, and until then, He will sustain you. "Those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. God is with you, and He will see you through.

We hear the raw desperation in your words, and we’re not going to rush past it with easy answers. You are crying out from a place of real anguish, and we hurt with you. Please know that you are not alone in this moment, we are here, praying alongside you, and we mean it. God does not turn a deaf ear to his children when they’re on their knees. He sees you, and he is not afraid of your tears.

It can be terrifying when you feel trapped, not knowing the way out or what comes next. We don’t know the details of what “this” is, but we know the feeling of begging for escape. Sometimes the most courageous next step is simply letting another person into that dark room, a trusted friend, a pastor, or a Christian counselor who will sit with you and help carry the weight. You don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out. And if your body is sounding alarms you can’t quiet, sleeplessness, a racing heart, the sense that you’re coming apart, a visit to your doctor can be a wise part of keeping you safe, not a lack of faith.

Even now, God is not waiting for you to get your bearings. He is with you in the middle of the mess. We’re asking him to hold you steady until you can breathe again, and to open a door that feels impossibly locked right now.

Lord Jesus, you know every detail of this person’s situation, and you know the cry of their heart. You are in the business of rescue, and we ask you to act. Please make a way where there seems to be none. In the meantime, keep them safe, physically and in their mind and spirit. Surround them with reminders that they are not forgotten. Give them the courage to reach out for help and the peace that goes beyond understanding, even while they wait. Amen.

When a soul is on its knees, crying out with such desperation, it is a prayer that reaches the ear of the Lord of Hosts. He who made the ear, does He not hear? He who planted the heart, does He not understand? Your many "pleases" are not lost upon Him; they are the groans of a spirit that cannot be uttered, and the Spirit Himself makes intercession for you. Faith in God is true wisdom, childlike confidence in the Word of God is the highest form of common sense. You are acting wisely to pour out your sorrows into your Father’s ear, for this world were drear indeed if we could not.

Yet I must ask: are you acting according to His Word? Not that we can merit success, but we can command it if we do but act according to God’s bidding. You have cried to be kept safe; then walk in the way of safety, which is the path of obedience. We are not commanded to cut off mere excrescences, but to pluck out right eyes if they cause us to stumble. Is there some sin cherished, some compromise allowed? That may be the very chain that binds you. The plea, "I have acted according to Your Word," is a firm ground for prayer; but if that cannot be said, let it be a solemn matter for question, and let us alter by the help of God's Spirit.

Do not think that God has forsaken you. So many are subject to such thralldom, and how hard it is to take the prey from the mighty we know too well. Yet when the enemy shouts, "Thy God has forsaken thee," it is a fiery arrow, but a lie. Will He cast you out into this wide, desolate world and let you become the prey of His great enemy? Oh, think not so hardly of your Father. The past is blotted out of His Book. Only put your trust in Christ, now, and this is true to you. Your sins are gone, your iniquities are blotted out.

You cry, "Get me out! Only let me out!" I pray you, be not impatient. Why rush out naked, when a little patience will be repaid with silver and gold? You will come out of this Egypt with much profit of grace. There is not one feeble person among their tribes when God leads forth His people; He gives strength for the march. That which seems unlikely, that trials such as yours could be profited, is the very way of the Lord. Wait upon Him, and you shall find deliverance is by divine power.

Remember, the ransom has been found. God has not only invented a way, but He says, "I have found a ransom." Deliver him from going down to the Pit! This is the voice from the throne, crying, "Deliver him!" through the precious blood of Christ. Lay hold of that plea: You are His people and His inheritance, which He brought forth from the furnace of iron. Because He has been your help, therefore in the shadow of His wings will you rejoice. Let this be the plea, that God’s name may be glorified, for if the Lord will but save you, you will never let Him hear the last of it, but tell of His grace to everybody as long as you live.

But take heed: prayer and action must go together. To pray one way and to act another is to be a hypocrite. If you want God to bless your way out of this trouble, you must try to bless yourself by laying hold of every means of grace, by the consecration of your time to God, by walking uprightly. The Apostle did not expect that good would arise apart from prayer; neither should you. Cry mightily to God, and then step forward in the path He sets before you, fearless of man, and only fearful lest you should grieve your God.

Perhaps you have been trying in your own strength and failing, like the disciples who could not cast out that stubborn devil. They were brought to their wits’ end, and the adversary sneered. But the lesson they learned was that desperate cases require that we bring them to Jesus apart, with prayer and fasting. You are not cast off because you feel weakness; rather, this is the posture where divine strength is perfected. Let the plea well up from your inner consciousness: "Lord, Thou hast been my help; I cannot let Thee go unless Thou bless me."

Yield not to the despair that whispers you are beyond hope. The mighty can be robbed of their prey; the lawful captive can be delivered. You put your hand out to stop your own destruction, it is but a little while that you can keep from mischief, so desperately set is the heart on sin, but Christ is able to save to the uttermost. He has brought many out of this same Egypt; not one was left behind, and not one was feeble. So shall it be with you.

Now go to your chamber, and with tears and strong crying, plead this word: "Deliver me, for I am Thine. Thou hast redeemed me with precious blood. Thou hast begun a good work in me. Forsake not the work of Thine own hands." This is a plea which Heaven cannot deny. The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and give you peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry from the depths, and God hears every tear. The trembling of your soul is not a sign of faith’s absence, but of a spirit locked in combat. That very prayer, poured out on your knees, is the grasp of one who has seized hold of God’s mercy. Cling to it now with all your might. The devil would have you believe the trial will never end, but God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tested beyond what you can bear. With the temptation, He is already preparing the way of escape. You may not see it yet; you may feel only the crushing weight. But the escape is not always a sudden removal of the danger. Sometimes it is the sudden arrival of courage you did not know you had, a door you could not see, or a strength to endure that transforms the prison into a temple of praise. Do not let go of what you have laid hold of in prayer.

The dove appeared once over the flood-waters, not bringing an end to all storms forever, but bearing the branch that promised deliverance and a new beginning. Look for the olive branch in your own tempest. It may seem small now, but it is God’s pledge that the storm will not swallow you. Even Christ, in the days of His flesh, cried out in anguish, His soul troubled, seeking deliverance from the hour. He knows the full sharpness of human dread. He did not bypass suffering, but walked through it, trusting the Father. You are not alone in the dark.

Therefore, flee as one escaping a pursuer. Do not linger looking at the danger, or fall into despair. Run toward safety, which is Christ Himself. He is the unshakeable Rock. Every other thing in this world will be shaken and removed, but His Kingdom and those who shelter in it remain secure. Make it your single task to refuse Him who speaks that gentle, saving word to your heart right now. Do not turn away into panic or sin, for the present trouble is temporary, but the salvation He offers is great and eternal. Serve Him with reverence even under this burden, for our God is a consuming fire to all that threatens His children, and a tender Father to those who cry to Him. The way of escape will come. Until it does, His grace is sufficient to carry you through.

Your desperate cry has been heard. When you are on your knees, pleading with God to get you out of this and to keep you safe, you are in the very place where rescue begins. So often the Lord allows us to be brought to the end of our own strength so that we finally seek Him with our whole heart. He is not put off by loud, messy, tear‑filled prayers, those are exactly the ones that move His heart. He waits for us to call on Him, and when we do, He is gracious at the sound of our cry.

The only true refuge is in Jesus Christ. His cross is your protection and your peace. Whatever has cornered you cannot override His power to deliver, nor can it separate you from His love for you. Turn your eyes fully to Him right now. Keep pouring out your heart honestly, without holding back. He has never turned away a soul that came to Him in genuine desperation.

Do not stop crying out until His deliverance comes and His safety settles over you. He will be your help and your hiding place, for He has promised that those who trust in Him will never be put to shame.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heartfelt cry to the Lord these past days. Your raw, honest plea—"God, please, please, get me out of this"—has been lifted before His throne again and again, along with your desperate need for safety. We have stood in the gap with you, praying that the Father would move with power and mercy to deliver you from this burden.

If the Lord has answered your prayer in ways big or small, we would be so encouraged to hear how He has worked. Your praise report could be a light to others walking through dark valleys. But if you’re still waiting, still crying out, still longing for relief, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We are here to continue praying with you, to remind you that you are not alone, and to trust with you that God hears the prayers of His children.

May the Holy Spirit comfort you, strengthen your faith, and remind you of His unfailing love. Keep seeking Him, dear one—He is near to the brokenhearted. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
