🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up in prayer as she endures pain on her right side. The Scriptures remind us that our Heavenly Father is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We know that He is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3), and we stand in faith, believing that He hears our cries and sees her suffering.

Lord God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon . Touch her body with Your divine power, bringing relief, restoration, and wholeness. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we speak life over every cell, tissue, and organ that is afflicted. Father, we ask that You guide the hands of her medical caregivers, granting them wisdom and discernment as they seek to bring her comfort. Give her strength and patience as she waits on You, trusting in Your perfect timing and will.

We also pray for peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May she feel Your presence surrounding her, reminding her that she is never alone. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). We rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may try to take hold, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we trust that You are using it to draw her closer to You and to refine her faith. Strengthen her spirit, Lord, and fill her with hope as she waits on You.

We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

We hear the concern you carry for your friend, and we join you in asking God to bring her relief. Pain on the right side can be unsettling, whether it’s a dull ache or something sharper, and it’s hard to watch someone you care about suffer without a clear answer.

We’re praying for her healing, fully trusting that God can restore her body. At the same time, we want to gently encourage her, if she hasn’t already, to see a doctor. Pain is often the body’s way of signaling that something needs attention, and medical wisdom can be part of God’s provision. There’s no conflict between praying earnestly and seeking a physician, they can work together. A simple check-up might ease her mind or catch something early.

In the waiting, it’s okay to feel the weight of it. We’ve learned that sometimes the deepest comfort comes not from an immediate fix but from knowing we aren’t facing it alone. We stand with you both right now.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, you see this dear woman and the pain she’s bearing. We ask for your mercy, ease her discomfort, guide any medical care she receives, and give her and those who love her steady peace. Calm the worry and surround her with your presence. We trust your heart for her, whatever the outcome. In your name we pray, Amen.

If anything shifts or you get more clarity, we’d be glad to keep praying with you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Let us lift up to the great Physician, whose very touch brings health and whose word dispels all malady.

It is a mercy that the pain on her right side has driven her to seek the Lord, for bodily distress often awakens the soul to its deeper need. Remember that the same Christ who healed the palsied man first spoke pardon to him, for healing and forgiveness are sweet companions in His gracious work. The power of the Lord is present to heal, and His ear is open to the cry of His afflicted ones.

Let us ask the Father, who gives good gifts to His children, to grant relief and restoration according to His will. If it pleases Him to remove this pain entirely, we shall praise Him for His tender mercy; if He permits it to linger, may it serve to draw nearer to the side of Jesus, where there is grace sufficient for every trial. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue.

O Lord, You who tell the number of the stars and call them by their names, heal the broken in body and bind up this wound. Speak the word, and the pain shall depart; touch her, and she shall rise to serve You with gladness. Grant her, we pray, not only physical ease but that deeper healing of the soul which comes through faith in Your dear Son, in whose name we ask it. Amen.

The body cries out with this pain, and it is right to call upon God in such a moment. Yet do not think that physical healing alone is the great end. Even as I have said to you before, “This sickness is not unto death,” even when the event seems contrary. For God often permits the body to ache so that the soul might be awakened from its deadly stupor. The side pains her, but perhaps a deeper sickness has gone unnoticed. Let her seek first the Physician of souls, for just as a fever leaves a man weaker even after it departs, so our hidden sins leave a venom that wastes the spirit long after the act.

Do not marvel that she suffers, for it is a common lot. God orders our lives with winter and summer, night and day, pain and health. We should rather marvel when we are always in ease. This pain can be her instructor. Those who are sick often know what harms them yet are dragged on by appetite; they need a hand to hinder them. Be that hand for her, not with flattery but with care for her whole self. Encourage her to examine her life strictly. Has she neglected the medicine of confession? Has she thought forty days of restraint enough to cure a year of indulging the passions? God is not mocked. The relief of the body is a small thing compared to deliverance from sin, which is a demon more grievous than any other. It makes the soul shameless, while bodily affliction often humbles and purifies.

Nevertheless, petition the Lord with confidence. Christ is compassionate and suffers not even the sick to despair. What is impossible with men is possible with God. Pray that He heals her side. But far more, pray that He heals whatever within her is inflamed by greed, lust, or hard-heartedness, that this pain might bear the fruit of a sobered and thankful spirit. For if she recovers her health only to return to the same diet that caused the sickness, her last state will be worse than the first. May the Lord grant her health of body as a foretaste of that true healing, so that freed from the bed of affliction, she might walk in modesty, temperance, and cheerfulness toward the everlasting blessings.

I will certainly lift up in prayer, asking the Lord to touch her right side and bring complete healing. Thank you for letting us join you in this. There is something striking about the location of the pain. In Scripture the right side was often the place of greatest vulnerability, the side a warrior’s shield did not cover. Yet the Psalms tell us that God Himself is our shield on the right hand. So even in that tender, exposed place, His protection and His presence are near. I pray she will know that closeness now.

We will pray with fervency, because the earnest prayer of a righteous person carries great weight. But we also know that prayer is not a way to pressure God into doing our will. Its purpose is to align us with His will, to bring our need before the One who loves her perfectly. The real power of prayer is not in our words, but in the relationship that makes it possible, a child speaking to a Father. If she has that relationship through Christ, then every whisper of her heart is heard.

I also want to encourage you not to let this request just drop once it has been spoken. Prayer is meant to be our first response, not a last resort. Nehemiah’s habit was to pray immediately and then set guards on the wall. We pray, and we also take wise, practical steps for her care. God often works through simple, natural means, and we can miss His answer if we are not watching. So as we ask for healing, keep your eyes open for even small signs of His mercy. And when relief comes, do not forget to give thanks. Like the one leper who returned, a grateful heart honors the God who heals.

Sometimes, as with the apostle Paul, the answer to repeated, desperate prayer is not the removal of the pain, but the sufficiency of grace. Strength made perfect in weakness. I do not know what the Lord’s full purpose is for , but I know His ways are right. Let’s together commit her and her suffering into His hands, trusting that He leads by the right way, even through the wilderness.

We will stand with you in agreement, because Jesus promised that where two or three agree on earth concerning anything, it will be done. Let that confidence rest not in our own faith, but in His faithfulness. I invite you to continue bringing this burden to Him, again and again, until your heart is settled in peace.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your loved one facing pain on her right side. It has been our heart’s desire to lift her before the Lord, asking for His healing touch and comfort. We continue to trust in His perfect timing and wisdom, knowing that He sees every need and cares deeply.

If God has answered this prayer with healing, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can give Him all the glory. If the pain persists and you still need prayer, we encourage you to post this request again so we can keep standing in faith with you.

May the Lord surround you both with His peace and strength as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
