Your cry has ascended to the Most High, yet not the loudness of your voice but the state of your soul reaches His throne. Christ Himself has promised that the Spirit would teach all things, writing His law not on tablets of stone but on the fleshy tables of the heart. Therefore, cease from frantic words and tangled thoughts, and examine whether your life speaks more truly than your lips. The help you seek comes not by invoking angels or assembling names, but through a faith working by love, purified from every vain confidence in mere tradition. If you are weighed down by family background or past deeds, remember that grace transforms what the law could never mend. Cry out to Jesus Christ alone, not as one calling into an unknown address, but with the full assurance that He who called Paul from heaven calls you now to repentance and a new mind.
