blurred vision

I’m ### and I have noticed some blurred vision and dizziness lately. I also noticed some red spots on my lips and my lips get dry and crack easily. Please, pray for my eyesight and dizziness to improve and for my dry lips and red spots on my lips to heal soon. Thank you all!!
