CLEANSE MY HOME FROM ALL IMPURITIES! - Part 1 Are you ready for your marriage to be rebuilt one brick at a time, with the Lord revealing and exposing the areas in your and your spouse’s hearts and lives that need to be cleansed? Are you wanting to rebuild your marriage on the solid rock of Jesus Christ? Are you willing to get to work to cleanse your own life first from all of your impurities? Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are proved right when...
Learn to trust God--if you are going through some overwhelming trials trust that the One who was beaten beyond human recognition, made to carry His own cross UP HILL to a place called Golgatha and was hung on it until He gave up His breath for us. That is the most overwhelming, unconditional love anyone can ever have for anyone else and HE did it for ALL of mankind for "whosoever will." So, trust in His love "He will never fail or forake you" and "He will never leave you.' Instead, ask Him, "Lord, if you are allowing this, then by Your overwhelming love I know it is for my good for Your "work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to your purpose. So Lord, please show me what it is You are trying...
I wanted to share with you a passage in the Bible that touched me deeply. I pray that this will give you hope and inspire prayers. Job 33 14 For God does speak—now one way, now another— though no one perceives it. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds, 16 he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, 17 to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, 18 to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword. 19 “Or someone may be chastened on a bed of pain with constant distress in their bones, 20 so that their body finds food repulsive and their soul loathes the choicest meal. 21 Their flesh wastes away to nothing, and their...
Many people say "I am healed by the stripes of Jesus" and also suggest for others who are sick to say that. The issue I noticed with this is that we say so because we want to think of it that way, but by doing so we don't keep this sentence in context. Let me explain. Isaiah 53:4-5 Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. Jesus was whipped right before He went on cross, and that whipping caused Him wounds. Now, we know that Jesus went on cross so that we may be right before God. But in this case...
LORD, BRING REPENTANCE TO THE WORLD! From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.†Matthew 4:17 We have less than three weeks before Resurrection Sunday! Will you start praying and planning that you and believers around the world will start inviting family members and friends to their church services? In my church bulletin I received the first postcard announcing the four services at our church, putting on an Easter presentation, He Reigns. I realized yesterday afternoon, I could attend four different services and invite many standers, friends and loved ones to our church services. Will you join me inviting others to your church services? We can bring others to our church services on Palm...
"Does My Prodigal Really Think I Am As Bad As They Are Saying?" Absolutely not. One of the major tools of the enemy, not only in destroying marriages, but also in hindering their restoration, are the reports spouses give, both to one another, but also to other people as well. You are not a bad person. If you know Christ as your Lord and Savior or if you have come to have a personal relationship with Him during your standing for marriage restoration, you are, above all else, a forgiven child of God. Charlyne and I pray that you are allowing God to not only polish off the rough edges in your life, but also to do His deep cleansing in your heart. How bad could such an individual be? Why do we prodigals say such horrible things about the...
BE STILL - THE BATTLE IS MINE! When Pharaoh drew near, the Israelites looked up and behold the Egyptians were marching after them and the Israelites were exceedingly frightened and cried out to The Lord. Exodus14:10 (AMP) As standers we can all attest to the fact that we have been afraid and cried out to the Lord. Our beloved prodigals may be crying out also. Even though we know that our trust is in our Lord God, the Almighty, we become weak and need fresh words of encouragement from Him to keep us trusting in His promises. How easy it is in our crisis moments to fix our eyes on the immediate circumstances instead of realizing God's long term plan and continuous work in our lives. I will never leave you nor forsake you Hebrews 13:5...
I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever. Psalm 23:1-6 (NKJV) Do you know the Lord as your Shepherd? I pray that you will daily seek the Lord as your Shepherd for His directions...
TOMORROW! Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the LORD says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me. If you refuse to let them go, I will plague your whole country with frogs.’†Exodus 8:1-2 How well do you know the life of Moses? If you read the book of Exodus, you will find Moses was born when Pharaoh was killing all the baby boys of the Hebrew women. But the Egyptian midwives feared God and they did not do what Pharaoh had ordered in killing all the newborn boys. When Moses was born, his mother hid him for three months and then she put him in a basket close to the Nile River and baby Moses was found by Pharaoh's daughter. A coincidence? Never! God knows all our “tomorrows.â€...
YOU CAN LEARN TO PRAY MORE SPECIFICALLY The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion- to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. Isaiah 61:1-3 How are you doing in your stand? I know if you are having...
