Today is a Holy day!!! And on this day many saw the super blue blood moon!! You are Holy Lord!!!! Remember the Sabbath and keep it Holy! Yesterday i was in a car wreck. I sustained no major injuries. I praise God for his mercy and kindness!!! I would like to share what my devotional said for jan 31. I read it yesterday before going to work. Then I read it after the wreck. Really hit home. But i will not let my faith waver! For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 Worship and Praise Him today on this Holy Day that he prepared for us. ☺ God has got...
This is one of those topics that is unpleasant at the best, to contemplate. But it is one that is of great concern to our Lord, and a ‘warning’ about the condition of the church in the end times. One we must be aware of, and understand, in order to pray for those in this condition for their salvation. We must always approach this difficult situation with the love of God in our hearts, and forgiveness. To be there for one another, to guide one another, and to pray for one another. Those interested in the signs of the end times, and who are in pursuit of His truths and knowledge in this, understand that although the return of Jesus Christ is imminent, it will not occur without first a great ‘falling away’. And that...
Every scar we have has a histoy. It tell us that brokeness has come and healing has arrived from Jesus hands. The Lord, is so merciful and kind to all of us. Let us all praise and honor Him. He is moving in our midst. O I will bless the Lord all the days of my life for giving me the privilege to enter into His holy presence and bow down before Him and adore Him. If all angels in heaven along with all the elder and saints of old are praising and adoring Him, then we should do the samething. Let us all remember that happy moments comes to our life when we bow down before the Lord and worship and adore Him. Telling Him that we love Him and want Him with us. When difficult moments come, then seek Him with all your heart. He is...
When people in the world have a lifestyle of willful, persistent sin, it doesn't surprise us because they're in spiritual darkness, they "don't know any better."{"Father forgive them because they know not what they do."}But something I had to speak on is those who go around claiming Christianity, yet willfully persist in sins they know the Bible forbids.A few examples, Dolly Parton.First, she has an "open marriage."{Meaning, her and her husband have an agreement they can each have affairs.{Adultery.}Second, she's always been a big supporter of gay marriage, and actually got mad at the Christians who spoke out on gay marriage.Third, when asked to star in"The best little whorehouse in Texas",she quipped"I didn't want to miss a chance of...
My heart hurts when I see the prayers of the faithful to God, not answered. The ones we love whose needs are great. Or, has He answered them? I have been moved, by my own questions, as to what and how we should go before God with our petitions, our needs and wants, in prayer. There is so much scripture on God answering all of our prayers. But we seem to pick just the scriptures that seem to tell us what we want to hear and just stop there and not search to what else He is saying about answering these prayers. It is almost like that it is all we want to hear, and no more. How many go before God and demand, even command Him, to give them what they are asking for? How many actually believe that God must answer their prayers because He has...
Times of barreness comes around. Lack prayer, loss of desire to read Gods word, feeling tired all the time, too much trouble to continue. Call on the Lord who is worthy to save us. This are times to test our faith in God. Whom should we go when we are all alone in this world? What should we do when no one cares? Where our help comes from? As a deer pants for the living waters, So my soul longs for You. You o Lord are the fountain of Living waters. Our inner self cries out for help and grace. Let us all come before the holy throne of God. There we will find rivers of grace flowing free for us. Let us all stand below and bathe in the holy presence of Jesus. Hear the voice...
You know, thinking about it, something came to me.It's not so much as the unsaved sinning that's the problem. Unimpeded, we could witness to them, and win them over.We might be able to convince them. But we have an enemy working against us, not the obvious one, the devil, but his helpers. What I mean,I notice there's always these people who "defend" the sinners, like, these people saying, yes, we should "legalize" gay "marriage"{even though God didn't ordain it.}Instead of trying to help them overcome drugs, legalize them. Abortion.,etc. Although we're supposed to "obey the law of the land":,they encourage illegal immigration. What these people are doing, is they're undermining our work. We're trying to get the sinners saved, and they're...
We are the righteousness of God in Christ! No weapon formed against us shall prosper in Jesus! All things work for our good in Christ! I was on a road trip the other day driving through blizzard conditions. I was confident that Jesus was blessing my journey. Icy roads, no problem for the child of God trusting in Jesus to get me where I need to go and back. All of a sudden 3 hours later a tire blew out, I pull off the side of the road pulling into almost a foot of snow. Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus! Help me change this tire in Jesus! Bless me to get back out of this snow in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! I get out of the vehicle, yep its flat, no worries I have Jesus and this is for my good, I don't know what I'm getting...
One of the most falsely taught doctrines in a believers life: God won't give you more than you can endure. Yes, God can give us more than we can handle and there will be times in our life when He will! Guaranteed. No where in His Word does He say otherwise. Read what Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 “We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life. Indeed, in our hearts we felt the sentence of death.” Paul’s agonizing choice of words are clear: “under great pressure,” “far beyond our ability to endure,” and “despairing even of life,” show us that the difficulties...
To The Ladies of Gymnastics: The most difficult dilemma we face in speaking out is in the willingness to endure the unavoidable conflict that accompanies that decision. Part of the irony, lies in the inherent risk of, not only, alienation from one’s own family, but it also opens the door to the likelihood of collateral damage, the possibility of hurting innocent people (the perpetrator’s loved ones). Yet, it is, only through embracing the whole truth, in the realm of that dynamic, that healing can ultimately take place. For certain, like these ladies of gymnastics, I never meant to hurt anyone. Yet, inevitably, those closest to the situation may, unfortunately, be hurt. While I can never repent for the fallout that the truth has...
