Quite often when some new technology comes out, I hear Christians who are concerned about it asking if it's the mark of the beast.{"It causes all, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, that none can buy or sell unless they had the mark."}Well...to their concerns,I don't think Christians will be caught "unaware",because God wouldn't let us get "duped" into doing something that will cost us to lose our souls. Leaving the church is leaving Jesus behind and not doing Gods work on earth. Sharing the gospel in church, at work, in the street should be our primary responsibility, that is one way of serving the Lord. Most people leave the church because their love for Jesus has gone cold. a. Too much gossip around. Do not listen to gossip. Listen to God and His word. Pray for those who gossip a lot. b. Burn out. I hear these pastors who claim to have figured out ,through piecing together numbers in the Bible,that they have "figured out" the day, and sometimes even the time of the Rapture,etc.Like, from time to time one of them would proclaim," on this date ,Jesus will come for us, and then the Tribulation will occur". But, a few reasons I don't go along with this--for one, they never say God revealed it to them,they say they figured it out on their own, by crunching some numbers.So it's in THEIR reasoning that they came to this conclusion.Second, in the Bible, all the prophecies of those who prophecied came true.These people, every date they set has passed and it didn't happen.And thirdly, didn't Jesus say,"Concerning the time and the hour...
