A lesson: How is gold purified? Is it not melted down and the impurities removed? If a child is given food and clothes because the parents are rich, does he love his parents any more or less than the child of the poor man that gives all he has, but there are days the child does not have clean clothes, and has no food? So, then we know the child of the rich people loves his parents the same as the child of the poor that doesn't have enough food or clean clothing. Why? Because love is pure. So, our love for the Father is tested, we are melted and purified. Why? To remove the wheat from the tares. There are some that are Christian in name, but who do not love the Father the way others love him. So, as a group, we are being melted, so...
This morning I was at a grocery store and had the opportunity to see an amazing young man on a bicycle who was returning carts to the front of the store. He's not an employee, but just someone who happened to be looking for a job. (I spoke with him.) Because he seemed so dedicated, I went inside the store and requested to speak with a manager. I told the manager about what this young man was doing and he was amazed because in the 13 years he has been a manager, he had never seen anything like it. :) So, he spoke with the young man and told him to fill out an application today, which the young man is going to do. The point of my story is two fold. :) Always helps others when you can, and God will put us in certain places at certain times...
Solitude is talking to God all alone with Him. Just as Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemani. I come to the garden alone, while the dew is still on the roses... And the voice I hear falling on my ear, the Son of God discloses... And He walks with me and He talks with me. And He tells me I am His own. And he joy we share, as we tarry there. None other has ever known. In solitude there is healing, blessings and mercy. Speak to your heavenly Father, Listen carefully to His voice. Sometimes in the absence of noise we find the answers to all our problems.
You tube comment under the next video: Hi! I am from ###. He is a former beggar that dresses this way and enters all churches in ### to see how they will treat him. To teach people not to be hypocritical anymore. To teach them that church is God's home, not theirs. And he has truly a beautiful and powerful voice to praise Lord. It has nothing to do with promote himself or the church he visits. It has nothing to do with a drunk pretending to be saved, to find the path. It has to do with showing hypocritical people. In the end of all his visits, he reveals his identity to all. He is also a pastor. You will see videos where he is not dressed like a beggar. That is it! Second story is told in the video, watch and get a lesson...
I have a thought about something. In fact, I think some patterns from the Bible might bear this out. Comparing people in Bible times focusing on Godly things compared to doing it nowadays. Moses went to the top of Mount Sinai to receive the 10 Commandments. Jesus went into the wilderness. Also, the Garden of Gethsemane at times at night when there probably was no one there. Now, fast forward to Christians nowadays trying to focus on Godly things. In Bible times, the world was less populated, and there weren't certain things around that are now, so let's compare. First, the world being less populated, so whereas then you could "find a quiet spot" then, nowadays, the world being so overpopulated, you could go somewhere to try to focus...
We are standing on holy ground, this ground is full of peace, joy and happiness. No one can give to us this kind of joy down deep in our soul. We all know that there are many angels all around us singing praises to the Lord. As Revelation says. Everyone around the throne of God praises and adore Him who is seated upon the throne. Let us all lift up our voices in praise to Him who gave His life for all of us. Once you do this, Jesus will bless, help and heal your life. May all good things come to you and those you live with. In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy. Just be grateful to Him. Praise Him now and forever more. Amen
