I think we have all suffered from wounds of our past, some very large to some small. I have learned that sometimes even the small ones can affect you greatly depending on other issues you may be dealing with.
Until you heal the wounds of your past, you are going to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, alcohol, drugs, work or sex. But eventually it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in the past and make peace with them. (by ###)
