3 Reasons Why Christmas is the Best Holiday In this blog post, I want to talk about the meaning of Jesus’ birth, the moment when God came into a world full of deep sorrow that really needed a savior. He is the source of great joy that we celebrate. To make Christmas the best holiday, you have to put Jesus at the center and to adore Him above all. Why is Christmas Important You may be wondering why is Christmas the best when this season can be extra hard for you. The table might look different because of the loss of loved ones. Maybe you don’t know how your story will turn into a happy ending. You may feel worthless. You may question why God would send His Son into this cruel and dark world? During the Christmas season, we reflect on...
All servants of the living God rejoice in Him alone. Let us all sing praises to Him who send His only Son to live among us, teach us, and show us how to live a life that pleases the Father in heaven. His glorious name let us adore because His mercy endureth forever. Having Jesus in my life, Is the greatest blessing I ever had. Having the Lord in my daily living, I no fear of the future. Jesus is my all in all. He will provide, He will bless, He will help me, O the glory of His presence. We the temple of the Holy Spirit, Will forever praise His holy name. Amen O God, You are awesome from Your sanctuary. The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to the people. Blessed be God. Psalm 68:35
A few years ago, I heard the expression “even a flat pancake has two sides,” meaning that every story has two sides. That thought came to mind this morning during the Gospel reading from Mark 8. In that passage, Jesus explains the suffering He was going to endure, and Peter scolds Jesus for speaking such. Jesus then admonishes Peter with these harsh words, “Get behind me, Satan” (33)! Then He tells him, “You do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men” (Mark 8:33). In other words, Peter was looking at only one side of the pancake. Maybe Peter’s rebuke of Jesus seems appropriate, since he did not want His friend talking about such horrible suffering and death. Peter might have witnessed criminals dying such brutal...

Few challenges faced by a Christian family are: 1. Not listening to God’s call The book of Genesis depicts a man, who was created above all other creatures, later on hiding behind the bushes when God calls him by his name to see his state. It is mentioned that Adam was hiding from God. We should also introspect whether we too are hiding when God calls us. 2. Not heeding to the calls of our brethren Amidst our busy schedule, we have time only to worry about ourselves. We do not have time for our fellow beings. In Holy Bible, we read about Andrew who brings his brother to Yeshuva (Jesus). This is a clear model for us to emulate. We should know that it is our duty to lead our brothers to God rather than leaving them behind...
Emptiness, unhappiness, joyless life, worry about everything that happens around us. All of these burdens that come to our life Jesus will take away from us if we just give ourselves to Him as sweet offering to Him. Wonderful things will come your way when you lift up your voice to the Lord in praise and adoration. Minimize all your wants and your desires. The Lord will send blessings over everything you do. Fulfill all your needs and desires in the name of the Lord. Divinize your thoughts and your ideas. It is Jesus who will fulfill everything you have in your heart. The Lord says. Give Me your heart. Yes dear Lord. I am giving my everything to You. Make me as Thou art. Immortalize the faith He has given you. Believe and trust all...
The Christian Sentinel - Pt 2 Salvation
Christian Soldiers arm yourself. Put on your helmet of salvation. It is often said that the battlefield often takes place in the mind. Satan is hard at work trying to place doubts and convince you of lies. He attacks the mind. Remain resilient in Christ. Remember how fundamentally crucial the helmet is to a soldier. Head injuries are serious and will stop a soldier in his tracks. It won't matter what additional armour he has on. No armour is more important to a soldier than his helmet. Now salvation is more than something left for a future reward. Salvation is meant to impact our lives each moment, our here and now. So we move from receiving salvation to applying salvation. When we put on the helmet of salvation, it gives us the...
The Lord is so close to those who seek Him first and foremost. Before you do anything every day, seek His face and tell Him how much you love Him. How much He cared and blessed your life. Cause to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning, for in Thee do I trust. Psalm 143.8 We do not need to seek opportunities in life, we need to see the Lord early in the morning, praising Him, honoring Him, adoring. Then, opportunities will seek you.
In All Your Ways Acknowledge God
Let Us Pray: God I ask You in Jesus’ name that I will always and forever acknowledge You first in “ALL” my ways and allow You to direct the footsteps I take, the words that I speak, minister, pray, write, text, sing, in my giving, in whatever I purchase, in my thoughts, plans, and all my actions. Let me only be guided by the Holy Spirit and not my flesh or someone else flesh. Let Your Word be a lamp to guide my feet and a light for the path I take. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart always be acceptable to You O Lord, my God. God all that I have asked You in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love, care about, and all those who love and care about me. Thank You Jesus. Amen...
I give thanks for my Caucasian brother "from another mother" that blessed me last night. He probably thought I was a nuts because when he said he was a local, I kinda got emotional. Still, I have to give him props for having the courage to go against the crowd. Because of faith and works his blessings shall be great. The rebellion here is thick y'all. It's amazingly disappointing that even in this day, so many can be so absolutely united in err. Yet, because the Word has borne witness to the same, it is no great shock. Charitable and governmental services are a city's reasonable service, but when God's messengers are rejected and thrown out, and those services are withheld or withdrawn, it doesn't matter how many cups of cold water...
