Glorious Sabbath Day People of God I usually try to preserve the Sabbath for adoration only, but I was so excited about this that just couldn't help myself. One of the most satisfyingly fun parts of my assignment is that I sometimes get to announce, in advance, the city that God has spoken in my hearing for exaltation and reward. It's fun because even though it's neither because of me nor for me, God, knowing how in awe I am of Him, and how excited I get about every little thing that He does, called me to it, just to give Him glory in it. I LOVE THIS PART. All God requires is that the city believe, receive, and honor. It seems like I have been waiting forever for this city's name to be called. Though God spoke it in my hearing early...
Whenever God issues a word of warning through His prophets it us oftentimes directed toward His cities and nations. Just because people are prospering at a given time does not mean that the prophet has erred in assignment. Prophecy is never about the present, that's called reporting; prophecy is ALWAYS about the future - whether two months, two years, etc. - it's about the future. I prophesied "flood" to this city for over a year, and seven months after having left this city, that prophecy was manifested, just as God had warned. All God requires is that we "Despise not the prophecies." He requires this because His warnings can seem harsh and He knows that man is prone to embrace the false prophecies of "peace," when He has not sent...
Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day! 🙏 ❤️ 🙏 God Thank You, Thank You for loving me. I am loved by God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit! God, I pray I fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, body, soul, and strength. And may I never fall out of love with You. God, please all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for each member of my family, all my friends, and the writer of this prayer. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
The Centrality of the Lamb of God
“Faith is not a once-done act, but a continuous gaze of the heart at the Triune God. It is lifting the mind to ‘behold the Lamb of God,’ and never ceasing that beholding for the rest of our lives.” - A.W. Tozer “And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain.” As believers on earth we will soon experience heaven. Our days are numbered and short. If one lives to 70 years old we would have only 3652 Sunday’s to worship, a mere 25,567 days in our total lifetime. Heaven is surely close to all of us. Many people have strange ideas of what to expect in heaven or see once they arrive there, yet the Holy Scriptures are very clear, showing us that there is ongoing...
Been waiting for this one. . . . and what a beautiful flight it was. A bit of turbulence along the way, causing some delay. But while waiting you rebuilt and indeed your strength was renewed. You already know the scripture I'm going to use; it's like it was customized for you. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. GLORIOUS SABBATH DAY PEOPLE OF GOD I want to speak this afternoon on the subject of “Holy Dancing,” or as is more familiar to my community, “Shouting.” I not only love to shout, my spirit is even infused by simply speaking about shouting. Whew!!! Thank You LORD. Dancing or shouting is most often related to the story of king David. But, king David was, by far, not the only one who worshipped God in dance. Miriam and the maidens took hold of the timbrels in the old testament and danced to the glory of God. But, my favorite praise break was offered up in the new testament: And it happened, when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, that the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Luke 1:41 (NKJV)...
Father, we always give thanks You for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Eph 5:20. Thank You for opening our eyes through the light of the gospel, turning us from us from the darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, letting us enjoy forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Jesus, Acts 26:18. Thank you for making us a royal priesthood, a holy nation, Your own possession, Deut 7:6, that we may proclaim the excellencies of You, who called us out of darkness into Your marvelous light, 1 Pet 2:9. I ask You keep us walking in the light as You are in the light, so we can have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son cleanses us from all sin, 1...
