I've been trying to stick to my doctor's prescribed diet for me in the past few days because 1) it's healthier for me due to a medical condition 2) I don't want to gain weight by eating crazily the way I have been lately and 3) I don't want to be gluttonous which is a sin. But I'm struggling...
1. for my mother, she is diabetic and having fungal infection in the lungs 2. for my father's eyesight to improve, headache, urinary tract problems, blood pressure problems to go away and for good health.
