i'm on my 10th day of fasting. I tried using expired tentay filipino fish sauce for salt hydration, It has 12 to 24 calories per 2 tables spoons. I'm hoping the salty fish sauce reduces fatigue from lack of electrolytes. Jesus, please help me to complete 43 days of fasting in Jesus' name, Amen.
