They were getting married and giving into marriage, meaning they were getting divorced then remarrying which we are not suppose to do, we are only suppose to stay married to one person.
Though a lot of christians are getting remarried, there is a lot of controversy with people saying its okay to remarry and others saying its not okay.. let the holyspirit lead you on this..

The most important thing is that everyone of us is led by God to do this or that. Not everybody will fast and pray for leaders. Every woman and man in the body of Christ has its special calling and purpose. It is colorful just like God wanted. We should be careful not to do what God has not told us to do and to tell other people what they should do, especially what their purpose is. Everybody needs to discover their purpose and calling by themselves with God. God is a spirit and he talks into our spirit. He builds an arc inside of us.

Christmas was created by Constantine approximately 370 (not the exact date) years after christs death, traditionally it had nothing to do with Christ but they incorporated Christ birthday into it..
Constantine and Roman empire has great significance biblically as in the book of Daniel they are the only empire never to be conquered by any nation, however they collapsed within themselves..
There government was extrodinary with putting the
1.church first
2 the people second
3 then government third
That has changed over time, governments started putting the church last, whats interesting is President Trump has been putting God first with pastors preachers praying and then the people second then politics, but is getting attacks and needs prayers constantly for his time in office..

How I interpret that, It's not that they mean marriage is in itself "wrong",I think what they mean is, the unsaved will be going about their business without a thought that the end is coming.Like, unaware.At least, that's what I picked up on it.Those things aren't evil in themselves, I think it meant they were "doing their thing" without thought to God,and that the end was near.

Have you read the book of Daniel? Once you read it you will see where abouts Roman empire fits in, and why it ties in with the book of revelation..
