The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It is so easy to become consumed by our fears and regrets, replaying moments in our minds and wondering if we have caused hurt or discomfort to others. But we must remember that God calls us to cast our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
