UPDATE (thank you for continued prayer).
I have cancelled my summer trip, and am rescheduling for later in the year so I have more time to save/plan.
I have offered a largish payment to pay off some of the debt
I have written to the council for support as well.

Sometimes a door has to close for new opportunities to come in. Thank you and Amen G-D.
