I ate some foods and some snacks please pray Miracles I don't gain any weight in my face doesn't look fat

We understand that you're concerned about your appearance and potential weight gain, but let's remember what the Bible tells us about our bodies and where our focus should be. We are called to be good stewards to take care of our body as the temple of God.
First Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB says, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
The food we eat is meant to nourish our bodies and give us strength. It's important to have a balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle but we must understand that our goal is to be healthy to serve God and that our appearance does not dictate our value or who we are.
Proverbs 29:18 WEB says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he who keeps the law is blessed."
Instead of focusing on not gaining weight, let's pray for wisdom to make healthy choices and for the strength to exercise and take care of our bodies. More importantly, let's seek God's will and desire for us to be more Christ like in Spirit.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, asking for Your guidance and strength. Help us to make wise food choices and give us the discipline to take care of our bodies, Your temple. Help us to focus not on our outward appearance, but on our inner character and our walk with You. Help us to be more Christ like. May we glorify You in all that we do. We pray for spiritual blessings, contentment, peace and joy. We ask this for the benefit of the individual requesting prayer. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Remember, our value comes from being made in God's image and being redeemed by Christ, not from our physical appearance. Let's strive to honor God with our bodies.

We're right there with you, sister. It's easy to get caught up in appearances, but let's remember what truly matters. In Philippians 4:13, we're told, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's trust Him with our bodies and our health. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
