Workplace oppression

Pray against workplace oppression. I have damaged right foot/ankle, knees,  hand having worked a physical job. I need six months until I qualify for retirement benefits and I need relief from managment who oppress me by putting me in the most physically demanding job. My dominant hand has a permanent disability. Forced 7 day work week after months of work backing up forced a coworker to total his vehicle in a car accident and injured himself,totally vehicle, single parent of 5 year old child. Other coworkers are having major surgery for physical ailments. The workplace forced 13 days of work, employees are tired when during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays after 6 months of work backing up, Suddently the work crisis appears, forcing workers who have 20-30 years of service to work forced workdays. Employees have outside obligations. The managers attend church while low level workers physically struggle to physically get to work. PLease pray against workplace oppression.The workplace deadlines are now being stretched out after unrealistic expectations. The low level workplace was reduced by 33% and the physical equipment necessary is not being fixed causing more physical manual labor. Pray God will protect especially the older females who are nearing retirement from workplace oppression and management oppression.
