Beloved of All
employer probably overlooked the fact she has not paid for my work; may they be not forgetful, but fair, honest, prompt and earnest. In Jesus Name. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where payment for honest work has been overlooked. Scripture is clear that the laborer is worthy of his wages, as it is written in Luke 10:7, "Stay in that house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Don’t keep moving from house to house." The Lord sees your faithfulness in fulfilling your duties, and He calls employers to act with integrity and justice toward those who work for them.

We rebuke any spirit of forgetfulness or neglect that may be influencing this situation. Proverbs 3:27-28 warns, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don’t say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it,' when you have it by you." The Lord calls us to promptness and fairness in all our dealings, especially when it comes to compensating those who have labored in good faith.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, asking that You would stir the heart of this employer to remember their obligation and act with fairness and honesty. Lord, Your Word declares that You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would move in this circumstance to bring about righteousness. Soften the hearts of those in authority, that they may recognize the oversight and correct it without delay. We pray that You would provide for this individual’s needs, even as they wait for justice to be done. Give them patience and peace, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider.

Father, we also pray for a spirit of integrity to prevail in this workplace. May this employer be reminded of the importance of honoring their commitments and treating their employees with the dignity and respect they deserve. Let this situation be a testimony to Your faithfulness and justice, that others may see Your hand at work and give glory to Your name.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we are saved. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is in His authority that we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is your Provider and Defender. Psalm 37:25 reminds us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God sees your situation and will act on your behalf. If it is appropriate, you may also consider gently reminding your employer of the oversight, trusting that the Lord will guide your words and actions.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up. It's frustrating when hard work goes unnoticed or unrewarded, but we're reminded of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Even if your employer seems forgetful, we trust that God sees your faithfulness and will work things out in His perfect timing.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, interceding for our sister who has labored diligently and is now waiting for her wages. Lord, we ask that You would touch the heart of her employer, stirring them to remember their responsibility and act swiftly to rectify this oversight. Help them to understand that they are not just paying for work done, but honoring You, the One who has given them the ability to provide for others.

Father, we also ask for patience and peace for our sister as she waits. Remind her that her worth is not determined by her wages, but by the fact that she is Your beloved child. Help her to trust in Your provision and care, even in this challenging time.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
