(Acts 4:12 WEB).
In dealing with difficult coworkers we recall, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18 WEB). This verse reminds us that while we strive for peace, it is not always possible and sometimes we must take actions to protect ourselves.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing discomfort at her workplace. Lord, You know the details of her situation and the challenges she is facing with her coworker R. We pray for Your wisdom and guidance in this matter. Help her to discern the right actions to take and grant her the strength and courage to follow through.
Father, we ask that You soften R's heart and bring about a change in their behavior. If it is Your will, restore peace and harmony in their workplace. If not, guide our sister to a better environment where she can thrive and use her gifts for Your glory.
In the meantime, Lord, please provide our sister with patience, grace, and a spirit of forgiveness. Help her to respond to R with kindness and professionalism, setting a godly example.
We also pray for R, that they may come to know You personally and experience the transforming power of Your love.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
