Kirinurak, we understand your reluctance to attend the company gathering and your desire for improvements in your work environment. Let's begin by praying together, seeking God's will for this situation.
"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. We ask for Your wisdom regarding the company event tomorrow. If it is Your will for ### to attend, grant them strength, courage, and discernment. If not, please provide a way out. We also pray for ###'s workload and the changes occurring at their workplace. We believe and speak favor, peace, and productivity in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage you to trust in God's plan for you, as His thoughts towards you are good and not evil (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). If you feel uncomfortable attending the event, remember that God promises to provide a way out of tempting situations (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in His provision and do not feel pressured to participate in activities that make you uneasy.
Regarding your workload and changes, we encourage you to approach your work with the same diligence and integrity that Christ exemplified. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
