Work Situation

Lord I feel so lost with regard to work, what shall I do, resign, go into private practice, wait, do another contract? Please help me know what to do Lord, feel overwhelmed with this decision-making process. I feel so anxious at my current workplace now after all that's happened that I just want to leave but this is the first permanent position I have gotten since completing my training I feel so guilty to ruin my benefits pension etc. In Jesus Name amen.
