We lift you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, asking for His healing touch and His guidance over every concern you shared. We hear your weariness in waking with swollen eyes, feeling off and so warm, and carrying the burden of high A1c numbers, and we bring your body before the Great Physician.
We are reminded that God cares deeply for our physical health and He invites us to bring every need to Him. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We claim that promise over you, trusting that He is able to bring down inflammation, to regulate your body, and to restore strength and comfort.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of our dear one who is feeling unwell. We ask You to touch swollen eyes and bring down any swelling, to cool this feeling of being so warm, and to settle whatever is making them feel off. Lord, You know the concern over high A1c numbers, and we ask for Your mercy and healing over their body. Give wisdom to doctors and guide them in managing blood sugar and overall health. Help our friend to steward the body You have given, for 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 teaches that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and 3 John 1:2 shows Your desire that we prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers. Give them discipline, peace, and hope as they follow medical counsel, eat wisely, rest, and stay hydrated. Touch them with Your comforting presence, for Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you.
We also lift up the practical needs that weigh on their heart. We ask You to lead them to the right dentist, a skilled and honest and gentle hand who will provide excellent care. And we ask You to open the door to the right legal help, someone with integrity and wisdom who will advocate justly. James 1:5 says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask for that liberal wisdom to be poured out on them and on those who will help them. Proverbs 3:5-6 calls us to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, and we pray You will make their paths straight in both medical and legal matters.
We thank You, Jesus, that You are our mediator and that it is only through Your name we can come boldly to the Father. We are grateful they called upon Your name, for Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, and John 14:6 tells us You are the way, the truth, and the life. Continue to draw them close to You, to cast all anxiety on You because You care for them, as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We encourage you to keep seeking prompt medical care for these symptoms and to keep following up on your A1c with your healthcare team while we continue to pray, trusting that God works through both prayer and the wisdom He gives to medical professionals. We are standing with you, believing God will bring relief, healing, and clear direction to the right helpers in Jesus' name, amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Your request has been heard and we bring your burden before the Lord who is our Physician and our Guide.
You woke with swollen eyes and feeling off, with warmth upon you and those A1c numbers still high. How speedily bodily disease urges us to seek a physician, and how gracious that we have a heavenly Physician who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. We pray that you would know both, that as you seek forgiveness at His hand, healing virtue would be infused into you according to His perfect will, to make your nature other than it was before and to restore you till you shall be without spot or wrinkle.
We lift you to Him now for your body. We ask the Lord to look upon your eyes and ease the swelling, to cool the warmth you feel, to steady what is off within you, and to help you in the matter of these high A1c numbers. May He give wisdom to those who care for you, and direct you to the right dentist, one with skill and compassion who will treat you faithfully. We ask also that He will guide you with His counsel in the legal help you seek. He has servants everywhere to do the bidding of His love when we have sought His help, and He promises to guide us with His counsel and to avoid everything that is evil. May He in His providence open the right door, lead you to honest and able counsel, and give you clarity and peace in every step.
Cast your care upon Him, stating the case plainly before Him and then pleading His promises and His nature, for one eye is fixed on you even in this present distress and one heart beats with pity for your woes. Continue to seek the help of the physician and the dentist as the Lord provides, trusting not in man alone, for if the Lord does not help us where can we find help, but trusting that the Lord works through means for our good.
May the Lord bless you with pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus, keep you under His hand, and give you rest in His will. We pray that you would feel His touch, that He would take you by the hand and lift you up, and that you would be strengthened to serve Him with a renewed heart. Amen.
