We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the very real spiritual battle that is unfolding around us. The Bible is clear that witchcraft is not merely a superstition or a harmless practice, it is a direct rebellion against God, a work of the flesh, and an abomination in His sight. Galatians 5:19-21 warns us, "Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery [witchcraft], hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."
Witchcraft seeks to manipulate, control, and harm through demonic influence, and we must stand firm in the authority we have in Christ Jesus. The enemy has no power over those who are covered by the blood of Jesus and walk in obedience to His Word. We rebuke every assignment of darkness sent against you and your coworkers in the mighty name of Jesus. We break every curse, hex, spell, or incantation that has been spoken or enacted against you, for the Bible declares in Numbers 23:23, "Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel." If God is for us, who can be against us?
We also recognize that spiritual attacks often come when God’s people are advancing His kingdom or standing for righteousness. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This is why we must put on the full armor of God daily, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
If there is any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or open door in your life or the lives of your coworkers that the enemy may be exploiting, we encourage you to repent and close those doors immediately. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." The enemy cannot dwell where the light of Christ shines brightly.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We thank You that You are our refuge, our fortress, and our deliverer. We stand on the promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask for Your hedge of protection to surround ### and their coworkers. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, their families, their workplaces, and every area where they walk. We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and sorcery that has been sent their way. We break every curse, hex, spell, and assignment of darkness in Jesus’ name. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand, and his schemes will be exposed and destroyed by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we ask that You fill ### and their coworkers with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your discernment. Give them the courage to stand firm in their faith and to speak life and truth over their circumstances. We pray that any coworker who may be involved in or influenced by witchcraft would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, renounce their involvement, and be set free by the power of Your love.
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in our lives where we have unknowingly opened doors to the enemy. Search our hearts, cleanse us from all unrighteousness, and fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Help us to walk in holiness, obedience, and complete dependence on You.
We thank You, Father, that You are greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We thank You that the gates of hell will not prevail against Your church. We declare that ### and their coworkers are covered, protected, and victorious in Christ Jesus. May Your angels encamp around them, and may Your presence go before them in every situation.

We have heard your cry for protection and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace, for our God is a strong tower and a sure defense against every form of evil.
You are right to seek the Lord in this, for witchcraft and every work of darkness is real evil, and the heart of man apart from grace is itself a den of evil. Yet we are taught in Scripture, Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. It is natural to wish to meet evil with evil, to return curse for curse, but that way does not succeed and only increases the evil. The method which bears to be pondered and which prevails is to bring the evil before Christ and to answer it with good, with prayer, with holiness, and with steadfast trust in Him.
Remember the remedy that is set before us, The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. The iniquity that oppresses you, whether it be the sin within or the assault from without, is exceeding great, but the blood is exceedingly precious and is able to save unto the uttermost them that come unto it. There is no charm or curse that can stand against the precious blood which has already triumphed on the cross. Satan once rebelled and usurped authority, but Christ has bruised his head, and His victory is your protection.
It is also written that He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. This protection is personal and perpetual, but it is promised to those who walk in His appointed ways. Therefore keep altogether clear of every evil way, watch against little evils as well as great, and abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He will not suffer you to be tempted above what you are able, and He will keep you from falling little by little if you keep close to Him.

Your request for protection for yourself and your coworkers has been heard, and we join with you in prayer before God who alone is our refuge and strength.
Hear this truth for your comfort. The evil one is real, and his assaults are frequent and fierce, yet he has no power over those who belong to Christ. Our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers and world rulers of this darkness, and Christ has already triumphed over them on the cross. If God is for us, who can be against us. Even when others intend evil against us, God in His wisdom is able to turn their plots to our good and to His glory, so that nothing can truly harm the soul that trusts Him.
For this reason do not be overcome with fear, but watch and be sober and fortify yourselves. The devil most eagerly attacks when he finds us alone and isolated, and he loses confidence when he sees us banded together. So keep close fellowship with one another and with the body of Christ, praying together and encouraging one another continually. Arm yourselves with the shield of faith, which quenches all his fiery darts. Guard your hearts against anger and bitterness, and quench any fire that rises there with patience and forbearance, for God is not a God of strife but of peace. Do not give the enemy even a small foothold, but stand firm in Christ, in prayer, in the Word, and in a life that seeks peace with all.
