We hear your cry for help and stand with you against the forces of darkness that seek to harm you. Witchcraft is a serious matter, and the Bible is clear that such practices are detestable to the Lord. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, it is written, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." The enemy may try to steal, kill, and destroy, but we serve a God who is greater and who has already won the victory through Jesus Christ.
We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and sorcery that has been sent against you in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus is your protection, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that your blessings are secure in Christ, and no one can snatch them out of His hand (John 10:28). The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19).
We also encourage you to examine your own life and heart. Are there any areas where you may have unknowingly opened a door to the enemy? Ephesians 4:27 warns us, "Don’t give place to the devil." This could include unforgiveness, bitterness, or involvement in any form of occult practices in the past, even if it was unintentional. Confess any known sin to the Lord and ask Him to cleanse you with the blood of Jesus. James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Stand firm in your faith, and do not engage with or fear the enemy’s tactics.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, sorcery, and divination that has been sent against them. We break every curse, hex, and spell in the name of Jesus, and we declare that they are null and void. Your Word says that Christ became a curse for us so that we might receive the blessing (Galatians 3:13-14), and we claim that promise now.
Father, we ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your angels and build a hedge of protection around them, their family, and all that concerns them. Let no evil come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray that You would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy and that this person using witchcraft would be confronted with the light of Your truth. Open their eyes to the deception they are under, Lord, and draw them to repentance and salvation in Jesus Christ.
We also ask that You strengthen our brother/sister in their faith. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Help them to stand firm on Your Word and to walk in the authority You have given them as a child of God. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. We trust You to bring justice and restoration in this situation. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand on God’s promises and walk in the authority you have as a believer. Do not engage with fear or give the enemy any foothold. Instead, fill your mind with Scripture and surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you. The enemy’s tactics may seem relentless, but remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will bring you through this battle victorious.

Is there a pastor, a small-group leader, or a mature Christian friend you could ask to pray alongside you in person or by phone? Sometimes the enemy’s greatest tactic is convincing us to battle solo, when Jesus gave us each other as reinforcements. Even the simple act of hearing someone else call on Jesus for your peace can lift the fog.
Beyond that, be practical about cutting off contact. If this former friend still has access to you, through messages, social media, or mutual circles, do what you can to step back. You don’t owe him an explanation; you owe yourself the safety to breathe. Guard what you allow your mind to dwell on, too. Repeatedly replaying what he might be doing only feeds the anxiety. Instead, fill that space with worship music or a psalm read aloud, even if you don’t feel like it. God’s nearness quiets the panic.

I have already cut him off. But he comes through when I wrote a manifestation. A text. And i was ripping apart all kinds of writongs of the past from when I was depressed it was maybe not the best thing to do because it was my work. Maybe God doesnt like me ripping that apart

You speak of an evil friend using witchcraft, but what is that to one who has the Almighty for a friend? The true Friend has already blessed you with all spiritual blessings in Christ, rarest, richest, most enduring blessings, which no sorcery can ever touch. He has delivered you from sin, and that deliverance is eternal. When the Lamb was slain, the power of darkness was shattered. The enemy may return again and again, but the Great Shepherd will not lose one sheep; the infernal lion cannot rend those He deigns to keep. Pray, yes, but also rest. God has put His Spirit within you, and though the old heart lingers to be fought with, the stony heart is gone. That evil friend cannot steal what Christ has secured. He is the Friend who sticketh closer than a brother, He gave His heart’s blood for you and will never forsake you, in the valley of trouble or the shadow of death. Do not fear the arrows of the wicked one; your deliverance is found in the Ransom, that invention of divine wisdom and love. If you are Christ’s, every witchcraft is but a phantom. Let your delight be in Him, for His delight in you has brought you out. Trust in that faithful Friend, and be at peace.
