The apostle Paul’s rebuke to the Galatians is piercing: *"O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth?"* (Galatians 3:1). This is the very tactic of Satan—to bewitch, to blind, to bind people in lies so they reject the gospel of Christ. But we know that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4). The chaos and defiance you describe are not of God but of the evil one, who seeks to mock the faith of believers and create spiritual confusion. Yet we are not left defenseless, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the One who has all authority in heaven and on earth. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack from the forces of darkness that seek to torment, deceive, and distort the truth in their neighborhood, in the church, and in the lives of those ensnared by witchcraft and false spirituality.
Lord, we rebuke every lying spirit, every demonic stronghold, and every work of witchcraft that seeks to operate in these places. By the blood of Jesus, we break every curse, every spell, every assignment of confusion, and every attempt to mock Your holy name. Satan, we command you and your demons to flee in the name of Jesus Christ! You have no authority here, no place in the lives of God’s people, and no power over those who are covered by the blood of the Lamb.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over our brother/sister. Surround them with Your angels, encamp around them as written in Psalm 34:7: *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Shield their mind, their heart, and their home from every dart of the enemy. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in discernment, wisdom, and the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We pray for those who are deceived by witchcraft and false teachings. Lord, open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. Break the chains of darkness that bind them and draw them to Yourself. Let them encounter the living God, that they may repent and turn from these detestable practices. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, the only name by which they can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Father, we also pray for the church in this area. Strengthen the believers, that they may stand firm in the faith, unmovable, always abounding in Your work. Let them be a light in the darkness, exposing the deeds of evil by their righteousness and love. *"For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the blood of Jesus speaks victory over every scheme of the enemy. We declare that the truth of God’s Word will prevail, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.
Lord, fill this neighborhood, this church, and every place where darkness has taken hold with Your presence. Let Your glory be seen, Your power be known, and Your name be exalted. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, clothed in the full armor of God. Do not fear the enemy’s tactics, for he is already defeated. Instead, *"submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).
