We have heard your cry and we join with you together in Jesus' name for your deliverance, healing, and peace. We understand the heaviness you feel in your mind and we take seriously your concern about witchcraft and dark spiritual forces. We want you to know that in Christ you are not powerless and you are not alone. The Bible tells us plainly that our struggle is real, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, but we also know the victory is already won by Jesus. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ every form of witchcraft, curse, and dark influence that would seek to oppress your thoughts, and we stand on the promise that when we are subject to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7.
We also hear your feeling of losing your mind and your deep need for peace and clarity. This is not what God desires for you. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. The enemy wants to bring confusion and fear, but God wants to guard your mind and heart. We encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5, to fill your mind daily with Scripture, to pray continually, and to remove from your home and life anything associated with witchcraft or the occult, for the Scripture warns that there shall not be found with you anyone who practices divination or sorcery Deuteronomy 18:10, and witchcraft is listed among the works of the flesh Galatians 5:20. Instead put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, through reading the Word, prayer, worship, and fellowship with other believers.
We also lift up your relationship with your mother. God honors and desires love and peace in the family. He commands us to honor your father and your mother Exodus 20:12 and to bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you Colossians 3:13. We pray that any hurt, bitterness, or misunderstanding between you be healed by God's love and that He would restore tenderness and honor between you both.
We now pray together for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Deliverer, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Him alone. We lift up this precious one to You who feels overwhelmed and oppressed in mind and spirit. Lord, we ask You to wash them in the blood of Jesus and break every chain of witchcraft and every assignment of darkness against them. We command in Jesus' name that every evil spirit and every confusing and tormenting thought must leave and not return. Fill this mind with Your perfect peace. Your Word promises, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Lord, give them clarity, strength, and a sound mind, and let them hear Your gentle voice above all other voices.
Father, we pray for healing in the relationship with their mother. Pour out Your love and forgiveness over both hearts, soften what has been hardened, mend what has been broken, and let Your peace reign in that home. We pray for Your divine protection over their mind, heart, and home. Let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and let them know You are their refuge and fortress. We speak Your promise over them, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we cling to the peace Jesus Himself gives, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful John 14:27.
Lord, continue to draw them close to You, keep them in Your Word daily, surround them with godly counsel and community, and let them walk in freedom and joy knowing that nothing can separate them from Your love. We thank You that You are healing, protecting, and restoring, and we trust You to complete this good work. In the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
