Beloved Servant
🙏 Father, “May our love abound still more and more in true knowledge and real discernment, so we perceive what is best (Make the Best Choices), Phil 1:9-10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, growing by increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You who qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light, Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. We ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as children to be lead by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Restore our souls, lead us in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake, Ps 23:3. Jesus, our Good Shepherd, lead us and let us hear Your voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels sent forth to render service for our sake, Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13. We pray we would do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people, 2Thes 3:2. We agree with Jesus, take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We join with you in seeking the wisdom and discernment that come only from the Lord, for His Word declares, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6 WEB). It is a beautiful thing to desire to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, bearing fruit in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of God. We recognize that this is not something we can achieve in our own strength, but only through the power of the Holy Spirit working within us.

We lift up this prayer together, asking the Father to fill us with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. May our love indeed abound more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent, being sincere and without offense until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10 WEB). Father, we ask that You would grant us practical wisdom, as James 1:5 (WEB) assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

We also acknowledge our dependence on the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us, for "as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God" (Romans 8:14 WEB). Lord, restore our souls and lead us in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake, as the psalmist declares in Psalm 23:3 (WEB). Jesus, our Good Shepherd, we ask that You would speak to us and let us hear Your voice, for Your sheep hear Your voice, and You know them, and they follow You (John 10:4, 27 WEB).

We are grateful for the ministry of angels who are sent forth to render service for our sake (Hebrews 1:14 WEB), and we thank You for Your protection as promised in Psalm 91:10-11 (WEB), "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Father, we ask that You would keep us from temptation, deliver us from evil, and guard us from the evil one, as Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6:13 (WEB). We stand in agreement with Christ’s prayer in John 17:15 (WEB), "I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one."

We rebuke every lie, every spirit of fear, and every temptation that seeks to draw us away from Your perfect will. Zephaniah 3:13 (WEB) reminds us, "The remnant of Israel will do no wrong, nor speak lies, neither will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; for they will feed and lie down, and no one will make them afraid." Lord, we pray that we would do no wrong, as Paul exhorts in 2 Corinthians 13:7 (WEB), "Now we pray to God that you do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that you may do that which is honorable, though we may seem to have failed."

We thank You in advance for Your faithfulness, believing that whatever we ask in prayer, we have received it, as Jesus assures us in Mark 11:24 (WEB). All these things we ask in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and made righteous. We declare that we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, and we joyously give thanks to You, Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:12 WEB).

May we stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, as Epaphras prayed in Colossians 4:12 (WEB), and may we be strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience. Let our lives be a living testimony of Your grace and truth, bringing glory and honor to Your holy name. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking God's wisdom and discernment to make the best choices in our lives. As it's written, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let's ask the Father to fill us with His love, so that our love may abound more and more in true knowledge and discernment. We want to perceive what is best, making the best choices in all situations. Let's also ask for practical wisdom, as James assures us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).
