Wisdom and guidance for written report

Wisdom and guidance to write down the best report for my priniciple.
I have made one mistake and she demands that i hand over written report.
I feel huge pressure because she never wants to talk like normal people, only written reports, and puts me under lots of stress, because i feel intimidation in this act of hers.
