We hear your heart in this situation and we join with you in seeking the Lord's wisdom, favor and justice together in Jesus' name. It is right that you have brought this before Him, for He cares about honesty and integrity in all our dealings.
We are encouraged that you called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We thank God that you know to come in His name.
The frustration of being ignored after paying for a warranted service and then having to pay again elsewhere is real, and God sees it. He desires justice and honest dealings, for Honest balances and scales are Yahweh's, all the weights in the bag are his work Proverbs 16:11. At the same time we are called to seek justice with a right heart, not with vengeance or harsh words. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We pray for a refund that is rightfully owed, not out of retaliation but out of righteousness.
We pray for wisdom for you as you contact the headquarters across the nation. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask Him to give it to you liberally now. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We also claim with you the promise you stood on, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh Isaiah 54:17.
For guidance in what to say, we encourage you to let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one Colossians 4:6. Be calm, clear and factual. Keep your receipts and records of the calls you made and the alignment you paid for, note dates and times, and present the facts without exaggeration or anger. A gentle and truthful tone often opens doors that frustration cannot. We also pray for you to wake in time and to be alert for the call, redeeming the time difference wisely and stewarding this responsibility well. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and lift up this need to You. Lord, grant wisdom and guidance in every word spoken to this dealership headquarters, let speech be gracious and truthful and let favor rest on this conversation. You see the calls that went unanswered and the extra cost that was paid for work already warranted, and we ask for mighty justice and a prompt and honest refund of what is owed. Wake and keep alert at the right time despite the distance and time difference, and order the steps and timing so connection is made. Guard the heart from anxiety and anger and fill it with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Let no weapon formed against Your servant prosper and let truth prevail. We trust You to move on hearts there to act with integrity, and we give You thanks in advance for Your provision and direction. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
