We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy is at work through this individual, but we serve a God who is far greater, and His power within us is stronger than any darkness she may wield (1 John 4:4). It is troubling to hear of such wickedness operating within a Christian institution, especially when it targets the innocent—both colleagues and children. This is an abomination before the Lord, and we must confront it with the authority given to us in Christ.
First, we must address the fear that has taken hold of you. The Bible tells us, *"Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna"* (Matthew 10:28). Your fear gives the enemy a foothold, but perfect love—God’s love—casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). You are a child of God, covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke this spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and declare that you are filled with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
As for this co-worker, her actions are not merely human malice but are rooted in the occult, which is explicitly condemned in Scripture. *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, one who is a sorcerer, one who charms, one who consults a spiritist, one who is a wizard, or one who calls on the dead. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Because of these abominations, Yahweh your God drives them out from before you"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). Her practices are detestable to God, and her influence must be broken. We pray that her schemes are exposed, her curses rendered powerless, and her hold over this institution shattered in the name of Jesus.
We also pray for the leaders of this kindergarten, that their eyes would be opened to the truth of what is happening. *"The naive inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge"* (Proverbs 14:18). May they be given discernment to see through her deceit and the courage to act righteously, removing her influence before more harm is done. If they claim to be Christians, they must uphold the standards of holiness and protect those under their care. *"Don’t participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even reprove them"* (Ephesians 5:11).
For the children, we declare protection over their lives and futures. *"He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11). No curse she speaks over them shall stand, for *"no one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house. No one who speaks falsehood shall be established before my eyes"* (Psalm 101:7). We break every ungodly word spoken over these little ones and declare that their destinies are secure in Christ, who said, *"Let the little children come to me, and don’t hinder them; for God’s Kingdom belongs to ones like these"* (Mark 10:14).
As for you, we pray for divine intervention. If it is God’s will, we ask that He remove you from her presence, either by transferring you to another position or by removing her from the institution entirely. But even more, we pray for her repentance. Though her actions are evil, we remember that *"God our Savior... desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth"* (1 Timothy 2:3-4). It is not His will that she perish in her sins, but that she turn from her wickedness and seek His forgiveness. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her heart, that she would encounter the living God in a way that leaves no room for her to continue in her rebellion. *"Or do you think lightly of the riches of his goodness, tolerance, and patience; not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?"* (Romans 2:4).
We also urge you to take spiritual authority over this situation. You are not powerless. Put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and stand firm in prayer. Speak life over yourself, your colleagues, and the children. Declare the promises of God over your health, your work, and your future. *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit"* (Proverbs 18:21). Do not speak in fear or defeat, but in faith, knowing that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).
Finally, we remind you that this battle is already won. Jesus has disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them at the cross (Colossians 2:15). Walk in that victory. Do not give place to the enemy through fear or silence. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).

**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is under attack by the enemy through this co-worker. Lord, You see the wickedness at work here—the intimidation, the curses, the occult practices, and the harm being inflicted on Your people and these innocent children. We ask for Your divine intervention, O God. Break the power of every curse, every spell, and every ungodly word spoken against our sister, her colleagues, and the children. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we bind the spirit of witchcraft operating through this woman. We break its power in Jesus’ name. We declare that her schemes are exposed, her influence is cut off, and her deeds are brought to light. Let the leaders of this institution see the truth and act with righteousness and boldness. Remove her from her position if she will not repent, Lord, and protect those under her influence.
We pray for our sister’s protection and healing. Restore her health, Lord, and fill her with Your peace. Remove all fear from her heart and replace it with Your courage and faith. Let her walk in the authority You have given her as a child of God, unshaken by the enemy’s tactics.
For the children, Lord, we ask for Your angels to encamp around them. Guard their hearts, their minds, and their futures. Let no ungodly word take root in their lives. May they grow up to know You and serve You, unharmed by the enemy’s schemes.
And for this woman, Father, we pray for her repentance. Soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. Let her encounter Your love in a way that breaks the chains of darkness in her life. If she will not turn from her wickedness, Lord, remove her from this place of influence. Do not let her continue to bring harm to Your people or these little ones.
We thank You, Lord, for Your victory. We thank You that no power of the enemy can stand against Your might. We trust in You, and we declare that this situation is turned around for Your glory. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
