Weight Loss Prayer

Please, Lord let my son lose ### lbs. He is young and I want him to be healthy and fit! He isn't ### yet and I don't want him to be overweight when he is in his 20's....It will be much harder when he is older, so please let the transformation begin now that he is still young. I want him to be healthy and fit. I want him to be able to breathe without stopping in between his breaths....Please give him the courage to do it and stay in shape so that his weight does not get out of hand....I ask this in Your Holy Name, Lord, Amen!

Father in the name of Jesus, please help this young man lose weight. Bless him to change his eating habits so he will be able to lose weight naturally. Give him the desire to eat healthy and make wiser food choices. We come against the spirit of obesity and we ask you Lord Jesus to walk with him on this journey.
