We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your upcoming wedding and business before the Lord. The stress and financial strain you are experiencing are very real, but we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Let us first address the peace you seek, for the Lord promises in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We must also rebuke the spirit of fear and lack that is attempting to steal your joy and peace. The Word of God declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We command every spirit of lack and financial struggle to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is your provider, and He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is preparing for their wedding and seeking revival in their business. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon them. Calm their heart and mind, and let them rest in the assurance of Your provision and care.
Father, we declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Provide for every need of this wedding and restore the capital of the business. Let Your favor rest upon our brother/sister, and let doors of opportunity swing wide open for them.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, lack, and financial struggle in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, let Your light shine upon their path and guide them in every decision they make.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment in managing the resources You provide. Help them to be good stewards of what You have entrusted to them. Let this wedding be a celebration of Your love and faithfulness, and let the business thrive to the glory of Your name.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. We trust in You and believe that You will bring all these things to pass according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God and not to be moved by the circumstances around you. Remember that the Lord is your strength and your shield; your heart trusts in Him, and you are helped (Psalm 28:7). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and thanksgiving, even in the midst of challenges. The Word of God assures us in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, "Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." Trust that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the importance of aligning your life and plans with God's Word. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, established by God (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Ensure that your upcoming wedding and marriage honor God and reflect His design for this holy union. If there are any areas where you need guidance or repentance, we encourage you to seek the Lord and His Word for direction.
