We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of a weak stomach that has caused so much distress since childhood. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every part of us in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). You see the struggles of Your child, the way even the smallest things trigger this physical response, and we ask for Your healing touch.
Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or weakness that may be at work in this area, for Your Word says that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). We stand on this promise, believing that You are able to strengthen this body and bring restoration where there has been frailty.
We also recognize, Father, that physical ailments can sometimes be tied to deeper emotional or spiritual struggles. If there is any root of fear, anxiety, or past trauma that has contributed to this weakness, we ask You to reveal it and bring healing to those areas as well. Your Word tells us that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that Your perfect love would wash over this dear one, replacing fear with peace and trust in You.
We encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this matter, asking Him to reveal any steps you can take—whether through prayer, medical wisdom, or lifestyle changes—that may bring relief. Remember, the Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18), and He delights in meeting our needs.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. We lift up this burden of a weak stomach, asking for Your supernatural healing and strength. Lord, we declare that this body is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we speak life and health over every part of it. We rebuke any spirit of sickness or infirmity, and we command this stomach to be strengthened and restored according to Your Word.
Father, we ask that You would calm any anxiety or fear that may be contributing to this condition. Fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give wisdom to seek the right help, whether through medical professionals, godly counsel, or prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to heal, and we thank You in advance for the victory in this area.
We also pray for patience and perseverance, knowing that healing may come in ways we do not expect. Help this dear one to rest in Your promises and to walk in faith, believing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May this struggle draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your unfailing love.
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
