We shall live...

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, yet full of faith in the power of the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. "For there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12). We lift up this cry for life and proclaim the mighty works of the Lord, for He alone is the giver of life and the conqueror of death.

We recognize the spirit of death that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke this spirit in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has overcome the world and all its darkness. "Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 15:55-57).

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, washed in the blood of the Lamb. We ask that You break every chain of death, sickness, and despair that seeks to cling to us. Let Your life-giving Spirit flow through us, restoring, renewing, and reviving every part of our being. We declare that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We speak life over every dead situation, every broken dream, and every area where the enemy has tried to establish a stronghold of death.

Lord, we proclaim Your works in our lives. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing, who removes our sackcloth and clothes us with joy (Psalm 30:11). We will not be silent; we will declare Your goodness and Your mercy all the days of our lives. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your love cast out all fear. We stand on Your promises, for You are faithful and true.

We pray for those who may be struggling with thoughts of hopelessness or despair. Father, remind them of Your love and Your power to save. Let them know that they are not alone, for You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Break the lies of the enemy that tell them there is no way out, and replace them with the truth of Your Word. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says the Lord, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also pray for those who may be walking in disobedience or sin, which can open the door to the spirit of death. Father, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Let them turn away from anything that does not align with Your will and embrace the life that You offer. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9).

Lord, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We walk in the authority that You have given us, knowing that nothing can separate us from Your love (Romans 8:38-39). We break the spirit of death off of us and declare that we shall live and proclaim the works of the Lord. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be bold witnesses of Your love and power. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, just as it is in heaven.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We stand united with you in faith, believing in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. We echo your cry, "We shall live... but proclaim the works of the Lord." Let's declare together, "Break the spirit of death off of us, in Jesus' mighty name!"

We remember how Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). Let's claim this promise, knowing that He is the resurrection and the life (John 11:25). We rebuke the spirit of death and declare life in Jesus' name!

Let's also remember to lift up one another in prayer. For those struggling with despair, let's intercede, asking God to reveal His love and presence in their lives. For those walking in disobedience, let's pray for conviction and repentance, knowing that God is faithful to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9).

We thank God for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. Let's walk in His authority, knowing that nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:38-39). Let's be bold witnesses of His love and power, proclaiming His works and letting His kingdom come in our lives.

In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
