We need hot water in my house

We join with you in bringing this need before our Father, and we understand how difficult and wearing it can be to go two weeks without hot water in your home, especially as daily tasks become more burdensome. Even in what may seem like a small matter, our God cares about our daily needs and comfort, for every good gift is from above. James 1:17 reminds us that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.
We bring this before the Lord together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. Jesus said in John 14:13, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. And Acts 4:12 tells us there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to continue to come to God through Jesus, trusting in Him as Lord and Savior, for He is our mediator and our provider.
We also remember the promise in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Philippians 4:6, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. He knows you need hot water for health, for cleaning, for your family, and He is not distant from these practical cares.

Grant wisdom to those making decisions and favor where it is needed, and protect this home from further delay or expense. Give patience and peace to all who live there while they wait, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, as You promise in Philippians 4:7. Help them to keep seeking first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them as You have promised in Matthew 6:33. We thank You that You are near and that You hear our prayers through Jesus our Lord. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your request concerning the want of hot water in your house, and that you have been without it these two weeks while repairs are being made. We join with you in prayer, and we feel the weight of even such a trial as this, for the Lord cares for the daily comforts of His people and He knows what is needful for the household.
You have been called to waiting, and waiting exercises patience. As it is written, they are not waiting in despair, nor even in hesitation, but waiting in hope, a joyous and assured hope. You have heard of the patience of Job, the patience of a greatly tried man, for he could not have exhibited patience if he had not endured trial. These household trials, though they seem small to others, are varied and many times repeated, and you must expect to have trials of that sort. Yet we may well be patient under our trials, for the Lord sends them, He is ruling in all our circumstances, He is blessing us by them, He is waiting to end them and He is pledged to bring us through.
Remember also that the Lord waits that He may be gracious unto you. Blessed be the Lord who has had great patience with us. While you wait for the workmen to finish their labour, wait also upon the Lord as a servant waits upon his master, anxious to know what He would have you do. Waiting upon the Lord breeds peace within the soul, and when a man is perfectly at rest within, he cares little for trials. Let this season be one in which there is a whole household hearing the word, and where there is family prayer, for where there is no family prayer we cannot expect the blessing of the Lord upon the home. Seek that your household may be found waiting together upon Him.
We pray that our gracious Father, for the sake of Jesus Christ His Son, through whom alone is salvation, would grant you a speedy and complete restoration of hot water to your home. May He give skill and diligence to those who carry out the repairs, provide all that is needed, keep you in health and patience during these days of inconvenience, and make this small trial to work for your good and His glory. May He strengthen your faith, hope, love and patience, and cause your household to rejoice together when the comfort is restored, giving thanks to Him who waits to be gracious.

I pray that God will provide for the repairs to be completed quickly and well, that those doing the work would have wisdom and skill, that the provision needed would be supplied, and that hot water would be restored to your home very soon. I ask that He would keep you and your household in health and give you comfort and peace while you wait, and that He would guard your home from any further difficulty.
These small trials also call for patience, and Scripture teaches that patience is formed not in a moment but over time, and that even in afflictions and daily hardships we learn to wait with hope and to trust God who will not leave us. May the Lord use even this waiting to strengthen your hope in Him, and may He solace you with His presence until the need is met. I will continue to pray for a swift and complete restoration.
