We are in the middle of buying a home. We are at conditional mortgage approval, and the appraisal came back at a lower number than we offered. We don’t have the money to meet the difference, but, please agree with me, that I will get the most favorable loan unconditional approval and that the seller will agree to selling at the appraised price. We have invested already quite a large amount of money and we don’t want to lose it. My closing date is ###, ###, and we need the loan and the seller agreement to pull through in our interest and behalf. Thank you for praying for me. God richly bless you all!
