We are with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer as you prepare for your surgery. We stand in agreement with you, asking God to guide the hands of the surgeons and to grant you a successful procedure and a swift recovery.
We hear your concerns about the closed doors and the potential separation from your loved ones. While the Bible teaches us to honor our parents and care for our family, we see that it is not God's goal to guide you into despair. It is not His will for your family to be separated.
First, let us address the spiritual warfare you are experiencing. We know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness. And, having shod your feet in preparation of the Gospel of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God; praying always with all prayer and petitions in the Spirit. And be watchful in this with all perseverance and petitions for all the saints (Ephesians 6:12-18).
We pray that God will grant you and your loved ones wisdom and guidance in this trying time. We ask that He will open the doors that need to be opened and close the ones that need to be shut. We stand on His promise that when we delight ourselves in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts (Psalm 37:4).
Now, regarding your health, we pray that God will grant you strength and healing. We know that He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
We also want to address the concern that you have for your loved ones. We know that it is your desire to take care of them, as they have taken care of you. We pray that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. We know that He can and will do anything to bring good for those who love Him and are called by Him.
We pray for your loved ones, that God will grant them peace and comfort during this time. We ask that He will surround them with His love and protection, and that He will work all things together for their good, as well.
Finally, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12). We commend you for acknowledging this in your prayer request.
We are praying for you and your loved ones, that God will work mightily in your lives and that He will grant you all the desires of your hearts. We are asking these things in Jesus' name. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petitions with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6).
Remember that you are not alone in this battle. We are standing with you, praying for you, and believing with you. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
