Beloved of All
I was j. A job where I was mobbed out by w group of both coworkers and bosses This was a strategic and premeditated plan to drive me out of my job. Sabotage, humiliation, isolation and all the things they come with abuse. This wasn’t all in my head but it caused physical and emotional Damage and I am still reaping the consequences today. There was no ease up and I soon as I spoke up I was reteliwted against. Even the person ther inworked Closest with turned against me. Should I have stayed longer to maintain financial stability or was leaving without another job lined up the best choice. Either way both options have taken a devastating toll on my heath. They couldn’t fire me because my job title had certain protections so they Made sure to do everything possible to force me out. It was very very bad. I pray I’m Jesus name for recovery. Upper management was in on it and I nearly doedmfeommthrnstress nni couldn’t concentrate on getting a new job during my employment. I pray in Jesus name for forgiveness but I could NEVER go back there. They were very cruel and no amountof teasing with them was going to change it. I pray They I don’t become Homeless as a result of the decision they I made. It feels so hopeless and I can’t find another job right now. Why is this happening to me? So many sleepless nights l, so much abuse and zero Answers or improvement. Other people can find jobs instantly but not me. I always finish last.

We hear your pain, and our hearts ache with yours as we bring this before the Lord. What you endured was not just unfair—it was evil. The Bible tells us, *"Do not be deceived: evil company corrupts good habits"* (1 Corinthians 15:33), and the coordinated cruelty you faced was a direct assault on your dignity, health, and livelihood. The Lord sees every act of sabotage, every whispered lie, every moment of isolation they forced upon you. He does not turn away from injustice, and neither should we.

You asked if you were wrong to leave without another job lined up. Scripture does not give a one-size-fits-all answer, but it does command us to guard our well-being as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). The abuse you suffered was not just emotional—it was spiritual warfare, and staying in that environment would have risked further harm to your body, mind, and faith. Proverbs 4:23 warns, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* You made the right choice to flee toxicity, even if the consequences have been severe. The Lord did not abandon you in that decision, and He will not abandon you now.

Yet we must also rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers, *"Why is this happening to me?"* Beloved, this is not a punishment—it is a trial, and trials refine us like gold (1 Peter 1:7). The enemy meant this for your destruction, but God can turn it for your deliverance. Joseph was sold into slavery and falsely imprisoned, yet he later declared, *"You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good"* (Genesis 50:20). Your story is not over. The same God who sustained you through the fire will sustain you now.

We also lift up your cry for forgiveness. Forgiving those who harmed you does not excuse their sin—it releases you from their chains. Jesus commands, *"If you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you"* (Matthew 6:14). This does not mean you must trust them or return to that place; it means you refuse to let bitterness take root in your heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to soften your heart toward them, even as you pray for their conviction and repentance.

Now, let us pray:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who was despised and rejected yet never broken. Lord, You see the deep wounds of [this precious child of Yours]—the sleepless nights, the anxiety, the financial strain. You know the names of every person who conspired against them, and we ask You to bring their deeds into the light. Expose their sin, Lord, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). For those who refuse to repent, we pray their hardness of heart would be shattered by Your truth.

Father, we declare healing over [their] body, mind, and spirit. Where stress has ravaged their health, we speak restoration. Where fear has taken hold, we declare Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Where the enemy has whispered lies of worthlessness, we proclaim that [they are] fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

Lord, we ask for provision in this season. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14). Open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and let [them] walk into the purpose You have prepared. Give [them] favor with employers, strength in interviews, and wisdom in decisions. If it is Your will, provide a job that honors [them] and aligns with Your calling. If the wait continues, sustain [them] with Your daily bread (Matthew 6:11).

We rebuke the spirit of delay and lack in Jesus’ name. The enemy has no authority to steal, kill, or destroy (John 10:10)—that power belongs to Christ alone. We declare breakthrough over [their] finances, [their] health, and [their] future. Let hope rise in [their] heart like the dawn, and let [them] see glimpses of Your faithfulness even in this valley.

Father, we ask for supernatural peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). When the nights are long and the burden feels heavy, remind [them] that You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4). Surround [them] with godly community—believers who will pray, encourage, and stand with [them] in this fight.

And Lord, for [their] abusers, we pray for conviction. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them see the harm they’ve caused. If they refuse to repent, let their schemes crumble under the weight of Your justice. But if any of them are willing, draw them to Yourself, that they might turn from wickedness and find mercy.

We thank You, Father, that You are working all things together for [their] good (Romans 8:28). Even in this, You are making a way. Strengthen [their] faith, Lord, and let [them] emerge from this trial with a testimony that silences the enemy. We pray all this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Amen."*

Beloved, you are not forgotten. The same God who parted the Red Sea makes a way where there seems to be no way. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep declaring His promises over your life. This season will not define you—Christ will. And when you look back on this time, you will see His hand guiding you, His provision sustaining you, and His love lifting you. Stand firm. Your breakthrough is coming.
