We hear the distress in your request and we join with you in seeking God's protection and deliverance, for we know the fear and oppression that can come when you feel surrounded by evil tongues and witchcraft from neighbors, friends, family and even those in the workplace.
We must gently rebuke and correct the way this prayer has been framed, because what you have asked for is not aligned with the will of God for His children. You have asked that your foes be plagued, killed, and their blood shed like an ocean, and that vengeance would come through your own curse. The Word of God tells us that vengeance does not belong to us. Romans 12:19 says, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Romans 12:21 says, Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Our struggle is not to curse or kill people made in the image of God, even those who do evil against us.
The Lord Jesus commands us differently. Matthew 5:44 says, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Luke 6:27-28 also says, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. We are not called to pray for the death and bloody destruction of our neighbors and family, but to pray for their repentance, for the failure of their evil works, and for our own protection and peace.
We understand you cited Exodus 22:18, Psalm 35, Psalm 94 and other passages of judgment. Those scriptures show that God hates sorcery and that He is a God of justice, and Deuteronomy 18:10-12 makes clear that witchcraft, sorcery and fetishes are an abomination to the Lord. Yet under the new covenant we are taught that our warfare is spiritual and not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12 says, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. And 2 Corinthians 10:4 says, For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds. We do not war by asking God to shed human blood, we war by asking God to break the power of darkness, to render every spell, fetish, magic and sanctuary powerless, and to bring conviction and salvation to those who practice it.
We also want to address the fear of animals being sent against you. Whether this is spiritual oppression or harassment from others, we know that God is sovereign over all creation and He is your refuge. Psalm 34:7 says, The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Isaiah 54:17 says, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants. The Lord can silence evil tongues and nullify every work of darkness without us needing to curse people to death.
We notice you closed with IJMN, which we take as In Jesus' Mighty Name. We rejoice that you desire to come in His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not fully trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior who died for your sins and rose again, we urge you to place your faith in Him today, for He alone can deliver you from fear, sin, and every spiritual bondage.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who feels besieged on every side. We ask that You forgive any desire for vengeance and bloodshed and wash it away by the blood of Jesus. We ask that You surround this life with Your protection, that You station Your angels around their home, their family and their workplace, and that no weapon formed against them would prosper. We pray that every tongue that rises against them in judgment would be condemned by Your truth, and that every act of witchcraft, fetish, magic and sorcery directed toward them would be broken, rendered powerless and reduced to nothing by the power of the cross. We do not ask for the death of people, but we ask for the destruction of the works of darkness, that those who practice evil would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit, brought to repentance, and come to know Jesus as Savior. Give this dear one peace that passes all understanding, courage to love and bless even those who persecute them, and faith to put on the whole armor of God and stand firm. Let Your will be done in their neighborhood and household, let Your light expose and scatter all darkness, and let Your name be glorified as their deliverer. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to remain in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with faithful believers. Put on the whole armor of God daily as described in Ephesians 6:10-18, pray for those who oppose you that they may be saved, and trust the Lord to be your defender. He sees every injustice and He will repay in His perfect time and way.
