Waiting for the Rapture. In fact, I feel like watching an hourglass as the sands run out, meaning every minute is a minute closer to it.

Waiting? The labour is still plentiful. There's too much of God's work to be done for us to wait and ponder on the endtime. Brother we are under the Great Commission.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Matthew 28:19-20

There's nothing that I can extract from the above verses that says we should wait for the endtime. In fact we are to labour in God's work.
Did you not write in another blog that no one knows when the rapture will be? Therefore waiting for the endtime is fruitless. Be fortified in Christ now. Let your Spiritual lamp shine brightly for all you know, you may leave earth before His return.
We will all face persecution. The Lord told us this much. Today be of good courage and stay strong!

I'm looking forward in meeting Jesus but I'm not consumed, preoccupied, and for some, calculating the endtimes/ rapture. I have devoted my life to Jesus and have counted the cost by carrying the cross.
Heavenly Father I pray that we all stand firm until You calls us home, in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus, amen.
