We stand with you in prayer against voodoo dolls and any work of witchcraft or sorcery that has been directed toward you, and we do not take this lightly but we also do not fear it, for we know the One who is greater.
The Bible is very clear that voodoo, witchcraft, sorcery, divination and the use of objects like dolls or charms to try to control or harm others are forbidden and are works of darkness. As it is written, There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh Deuteronomy 18:10-12. These things are real spiritually, but they have no ultimate authority over a child of God, because the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil 1 John 3:8 and having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them Colossians 2:15.
We want to remind you that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. When we dwell in Christ we can claim the promise, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and we have been given authority in Christ, Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you Luke 10:19.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and authority over all evil. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Without calling on the name of Jesus, prayers have no foundation, but when we repent of our sins and believe that Jesus died for us and rose again, we become children of God and the enemy must flee. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10.

Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you that you are our refuge and our deliverer. We ask for your forgiveness for any opening to fear or to the occult, and we renounce all works of darkness, witchcraft, voodoo and sorcery. We ask you to break and nullify every curse, spell, incantation and assignment represented by any voodoo doll or object made against this dear one. We declare that it has no power, for we submit ourselves to you and resist the devil and he will flee from us James 4:7. We plead the blood of Jesus over this life, over the home, over the mind and body and family, and we ask you to fill every place where fear has tried to dwell with your perfect love which casts out fear. Let no weapon formed against your child prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be condemned. We put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11 and we ask you to surround this one with your angels and your peace that passes understanding. Help this dear one to walk in forgiveness toward those who may be practicing this evil, knowing that vengeance belongs to you, and help them to stay close to you in your Word, in prayer, in worship and in fellowship with other believers. We declare freedom, protection, and victory in Jesus name, amen.
We encourage you to take practical steps in the Lord. If there are any voodoo dolls or occult objects in your possession or home, remove them and destroy them and do not keep them out of curiosity. Do not retaliate or seek to use witchcraft in return, but trust God to be your defender. Cleanse your home by filling it with prayer, worship and the reading of Scripture aloud. Stay in the Word daily, pray continually, and put on the whole armor of God described in Ephesians 6:10-18. Seek fellowship with a Bible believing church and ask mature believers to pray with you in person. If fear tries to return, speak Scripture out loud and remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. We are continuing to pray for your peace, protection and complete freedom in Christ.

Your heart has been troubled by these instruments of darkness, and it is well that you have brought this burden to the Lord in prayer, for deliverance is of the Lord alone.
Let it never be forgotten that in all that God does, He acts from good reasons, and He has not left His people without hope against the power of darkness. The Scripture declares, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has invented a way and He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His own Son. The prisoner ready to be executed receives undeserved deliverance because the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. So also, He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. Colossians 1:13.
These voodoo dolls and all such arts belong to that power of darkness from which Christ came to deliver. They seem as though they have power to harm, and Satan often shoots his poisoned arrows to make the soul fearful, but they have no true power over those who are in Christ. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the assaults of the evil one is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. No sympathy or mere human experience can loose the captive, it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive, and unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance is worth nothing. But where Christ makes free, there is true liberty.
It is well to have grace enough to see that troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes, even against those who would use such dark means against you, and look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for our sanctification and our keeping. He keeps back the soul from the Pit and the life from perishing. If you are His, you are kept, saved from yourself, saved from the devil, saved from evil company, for God has said it, Deliver him from going down to the Pit.
Therefore do not give place to fear. Turn from all dealing with these vanities. If any such object is in your possession or in your home, put it away from you and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness. Confess your entire dependence upon Christ, put on the whole armour of God, abide in prayer and in the Word, and declare the works of the Lord who has chastened you sorely but has not given you over unto death.

Your request for prayer against voodoo dolls has been heard, and I join you in bringing this before the Lord with seriousness and with confidence in Christ.
Scripture is clear that occult practices have no true power over those who belong to Jesus, yet they are real spiritual darkness that we are to turn from completely and oppose through prayer. As it is written, greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper when you are sheltered in Christ. Our Lord has disarmed principalities and powers and triumphed over them at the cross, and salvation and protection are found in Him alone.
Let us pray together now.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I lift up this dear one to You. I ask for Your protection, Your peace, and Your covering over their life, their home, and their heart. Let every work of darkness, every curse, every charm, and every intent behind these voodoo dolls be broken and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. Fill this place with Your presence and drive out all fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Lead this dear one to walk in the light, to put on the whole armor of God, to remain in Your Word and in prayer, and to trust not in any object or ritual but in Christ alone who saves and keeps us. Guard their thoughts, give them rest at night, and let them know deeply that they are Yours and that nothing can separate them from Your love in Christ.
