I hear how deeply you want to use what you have been through to help others who share the same struggles with AuDHD, and how you are holding together several good desires at once, to build a voice over business that serves others, to have more freedom to move and go where you want, to stay rooted near friends you love, to provide work for others, and to know the companionship of a godly relationship.
God has given you gifts and you are right to want to steward them for the good of others. A business that uses your voice to serve people who understand these challenges can be a real act of love and service, and wanting to hire others shows a generous heart. Pray for wisdom about mobility and place. God often calls us to weigh both freedom and faithfulness to community, and He will guide your steps as you seek counsel, count the cost, and ask Him to open and close doors clearly.
Your desire for a girlfriend points to something God Himself designed. Scripture teaches that marriage is His creation, where one man and one woman leave all others and become one flesh for life. Two distinct persons become one. That oneness is a compound unity. The same word is used when Scripture says the Lord our God is one. He is one Lord, yet a unity within Himself, and marriage reflects that nature. It is a beautiful, holy picture, but it belongs within the lifelong covenant God ordained, where love, faithfulness and sexual intimacy are kept together inside marriage alone.
Jesus also taught that marriage belongs to this life. When He spoke about the resurrection, He affirmed that the dead will rise, just as God revealed to Moses, and He said that when people rise from the dead they will neither marry nor be given in marriage but will be like the angels in heaven. That does not make marriage small. It shows that its purpose is for now, and that our deepest and lasting hope is the resurrection itself and being with the Lord forever. Whether God leads you to marriage or not, your ultimate fulfillment will be found in belonging to Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and eternal life.
So I would encourage you to bring this desire to the Lord not simply as a request for a girlfriend, but as a prayer for a wife if it is His will, a woman who loves Jesus, who will walk with you in faithfulness and purity. Ask Him to shape you now into the kind of husband who would love and lead well, to keep your relationships pure before marriage, and to trust His timing. A dating relationship that honors God will guard that oneness for the covenant it was made for.
