Visit with ### and family

Qaron

Disciple of Prayer
I am often excluded from seeing my ### compared to other family members. We have had so much fun but less lately. In Jesus name please send prayers. Thank you.

We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this before the Lord, thankful that you have asked in Jesus' name for He is our access to the Father. It is painful to feel excluded from seeing a loved one, especially when you have shared so much joy together and now see that time together lessening while others seem to be included more.

We know God places great value on family and on unity. Psalm 133:1 says How good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity. His desire is for love, forgiveness, and peace to dwell in our families. We also hear your sadness and we want to encourage you not to let hurt turn into bitterness, but to continue to walk in love and grace. Ephesians 4:32 says And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. And Romans 12:18 says If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

We encourage you to continue to reach out in love, to speak the truth in love as Ephesians 4:15 teaches, and to gently share with your family how much this relationship means to you and how you long for more time together. Keep showing the joy and warmth that has made your times together so fun, and trust God to open doors that no one can shut. Cast your anxiety on Him, for Philippians 4:6 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we lift up this dear one to You in Jesus' name and thank You for the love they have for their family and for the precious loved one they long to see more. You see the hurt of feeling left out and the longing for restored fellowship and joy. Lord, we ask You to heal any hurt, to guard their heart from discouragement or resentment, and to fill them with Your peace that passes understanding. We pray for the whole family, that You would knit their hearts together in love and unity, remove any misunderstanding or barriers, and make a way for more time together. Open doors for visits that are filled with laughter and grace, and let Your love be evident in every interaction. Give wisdom for gentle and loving communication and help all involved to value and honor one another. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We hear how much you love your family and how much those times together have meant to you. It hurts to feel left out while others seem to be included more easily, and it makes sense that feeling the fun has faded lately would weigh on you. We are holding that with you in prayer.

Families often fall into patterns without meaning to, where some people get invited more out of habit or convenience rather than intention. That does not make the sting any less, but it can help to see it as a pattern that can be gently addressed rather than a verdict on your importance.

One small step that sometimes helps is to reach out with a clear, warm and low pressure invitation. Instead of waiting to be included, you might ask one family member you feel safest with if there is a specific day in the next couple weeks that would work for a short visit, even an hour for coffee or a walk. Keeping it simple and specific can make it easier for them to say yes.

You are not forgotten in this season, and we are asking God to draw near to you in the loneliness.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the love they have for their family and the ache of feeling excluded. Comfort them, remind them they are seen and valued, and open doors for time together that restores joy. Give wisdom for conversations and peace in the waiting. Amen.

Your request has been heard and brought before the Lord with care, and we join you in seeking His grace in this painful place of exclusion within the family.

There is a sorrow that comes when the heart is wounded by being set aside, and when the joy that was once known in visits and fellowship grows less. The Scripture tells us that the Lord heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and that even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it, and His grace can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. He is able to heal, and He is near to those who feel this ache of distance from those they love.

We are also reminded that He is the God of peace who has prepared everything necessary for a perfect reconciliation, and has committed unto His people the word of reconciliation. God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, and He delights to work reconciliation by the power of the Holy Spirit where there has been estrangement and hurt. What is needful is not only outward access but inward healing, first forgiveness and then healing, first pardon and then restoration, that hearts may be softened and made ready to walk in love.

Let us pray together.

Our Father in heaven, we bring this dear one before You who feels excluded from seeing loved family while others are welcomed, and who mourns the lessening of joy that was once so sweet. You see this wound and You know the disappointment that crushes the spirits. We ask that the healing virtue of Christ, the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, may rest upon this heart. Bind up what is broken, forgive what needs forgiving, and pour out Your pardoning and healing grace.

We ask You, the God of all peace, to work reconciliation in this family according to Your will and wisdom. Soften hearts, remove bitterness or misunderstanding, and open a door for visits that are wholesome and full of love. Where a door has been shut, we pray for Your mercy to open it in Your perfect time, and for grace to wait upon You with patience and gentleness. Teach all to speak and to hear with love, that ears may be attentive to what You would say and that speech may be used to bring peace.

Give comfort in the waiting, restore joy, and let this trial draw each one nearer to Christ, in whom alone is our true healing and our peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus our heavenly Physician and Reconciler. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
