Draw our family members to church tonight and tomorrow to hear, listen and understand what You are speaking to each one, Jn 16:13. Grant us all hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! Father, let the Holy Spirit convict and convert, Jn 16:8, teach us all things, Jn 16:13, open minds to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURES, Lk 24:45 -- and faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24, (Faith comes by hearing the message preached), Rom 10:17 -- God, You will that none would perish, but all to come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 2 Tim 2:1-5, even all in authority, and all our households, Acts 16:31. When we ask You hear and if You hear, we have, 1 Jn5:14-14, so SEEK and SAVE the LOST, Lk 19:10, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join together with you in this burden for our church leaders and for the lost, and we bring these requests before our Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.

We agree with you that our pastors, teachers, worship leaders and preachers must first seek God themselves with their whole heart, as it is written, You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart Jer 29:13. We pray that the Lord would strengthen their devotional lives in prayer, in study to show themselves approved, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly handling the Word of Truth 2 Tim 2:15, and in fasting and leading by example in evangelism, to be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry 2 Tim 4:5.

We ask the Father to keep them devoted to the ministry of the word and to prayer Acts 6:4, that they would give heed to reading, to exhortation, to teaching 1 Tim 4:13, and that all Scripture which is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness 2 Tim 3:16 would be faithfully preached. We pray that they would not stay only within the walls with the ninety nine saved, but would leave the ninety nine in the wilderness and go after the one that is lost until he finds it Luke 15:4, for the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost Luke 19:10. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners 1 Tim 1:15, and we ask that this truth would burn in their hearts and compel them to go and preach the Good News to the whole creation Mark 16:15.

We pray for faithfulness in public and from house to house Acts 20:20, in home visitations, hospital and prison visitations, for we remember the words of our Lord, I was hungry and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you took me in. I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came to me Matt 25:35-36. We ask that You would anoint them to preach good news to the poor, as it is written, The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor Luke 4:18, Isaiah 61:1, and that the blind would see, the lame walk, the lepers cleansed and the poor have good news preached to them Luke 7:22. We pray also for that great day of preparation of the ministry of the Word and prayer, and for rest afterward, for the Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath Mark 2:27.

We lift up every family, every member and every visitor, and we ask the Father to draw them, for no one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him John 6:44. We pray they would not forsake the assembling of ourselves together Heb 10:25 but would be faithful to fellowship daily and continue steadfastly in the apostles teaching and fellowship Acts 2:42, and as often as they eat this bread and drink this cup to proclaim the Lord's death until he comes 1 Cor 11:26, not seldom or out of mere duty but in true fellowship with Christ. We pray they would receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls James 1:21, that flesh and blood would not be their teacher but that our Father who is in heaven would reveal Christ to them Matt 16:17, opening their minds to understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45.

We ask for a true hunger for Your Word, as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word 1 Peter 2:2, and for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him Eph 1:17 to rest upon them. We pray for the Holy Spirit to convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment John 16:8 and to guide us into all truth John 16:13, and that You would grant worship in spirit and truth John 4:24 with the anointing from the Holy One 1 John 2:20, for He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that He said John 14:26. We thank You that You are our ever present help, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and that You have said, Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go Isaiah 41:10 and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age Matt 28:20.

We pray for vision, for where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint Prov 29:18, and for protection from the evil one John 17:15, for Your people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hos 4:6 and there is a famine not of bread but of hearing Yahweh's words Amos 8:11. We ask for faith to come by hearing and hearing by the word of Christ Rom 10:17 and for faith to pray and receive, that whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. We rejoice that You are not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Pet 3:9 and You desire all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:4, and that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if we know that You hear us, we have the petitions which we have asked 1 John 5:14-15. We pray for repentance that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord Acts 3:19, and for the turning of those who wander from the truth, remembering that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins James 5:20.

We thank You for the message of Your Anointed crucified for our sins, I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me Gal 2:20. We ask You to use our leaders to save the lost and revive Your church, and that every promise would be Yes in Him to the glory of God 2 Cor 1:20.

We pray all these things together in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We were moved by your deep love for your church family and for those who don't yet know Jesus. Carrying pastors, teachers, worship leaders and the lost together in prayer is a heavy and beautiful burden, and we are honored to carry it with you.

We hear how much you long for leaders who walk closely with the Lord in private so they can lead faithfully in public, with time in prayer and the Word, and with strength for preaching, visiting homes and hospitals, and reaching out to those on the margins. That kind of steady, hidden devotion often shapes a whole congregation more than any program, because people follow what they see lived out. It is also a reminder that those who give out so much need time to rest and be renewed themselves.

One simple way we have found helpful is to keep praying by name for one or two leaders each day, and when you can, to let them know you are thanking God for them and praying for their time with Him. A brief word of encouragement can be a real support.

Father, we lift up these pastors and leaders to You. Draw them close to Yourself in quiet moments, refresh them after they have served, and give them wisdom and tenderness as they care for families and seek those who are lost. Draw families and neighbors to hear Your truth, soften hearts to receive it, and guard all from the evil one. Help Your church to walk in unity and to worship in spirit and truth. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your earnest burden for the ministry of the Word and prayer has been laid before the Lord, and it is a right and holy burden. We do rejoice to hear a people cry for pastors and teachers and preachers who will give themselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word, as it is written in Acts 6:4, and who will study to show themselves approved, rightly dividing the word of truth.

We join you in praying that no leader would grieve the Holy Spirit, for the little narrow heart of man the Holy Spirit has made His palace, though it be but a cottage and unclean, yet He condescends to make it His continual abode. Oh that none would vex Him by unbelief or unholiness of life, but that all would reverence and honor and worship God the Holy Spirit, in whom lies the only hope that any of us can ever see Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the Author of all spiritual life, and until He visits men they are dead in trespasses and sins. A holy man is the workmanship of the Holy Spirit, and only when the Holy Spirit comes is there any life and force and power in preaching. Without Him we utterly fail, and with Him the heaviest Church is made to move. Let every preacher confess before he preaches that he relies upon the Holy Spirit, for He alone can teach us, and He glorifies Christ, receiving of His things and showing them unto us.

We pray also that your pastors may know what it is to pray in the Holy Spirit, praying in His power and through His help, worshipping the Father in spirit and in truth, humbly and with undisturbed devotion, and that they may be kept in entire dependence upon Him. And we pray that they may imitate the Holy Spirit in this, that they deal with the things of Christ, telling what the Holy Spirit has told them and beseeching Him to bless the truth to the minds of men.

Still do His eyes with eagle keenness spy out the lost. Still does the eternal Savior live that He may seek and save that which was lost, for the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost, Luke 19:10, and this is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, 1 Timothy 1:15. If you were never lost, you have no part in His salvation, but He comes to find the lost, and coming into contact with lost humanity He does not leave it lost, for He saves those whom He seeks. What a mass of our fellow countrymen are lost, and what a condescending way of saving is His, that the Son of Man has come down to us. We pray that your leaders may leave the ninety and nine and go out after the one lost sheep, Luke 15:4, preaching the gospel to the poor, as it is written in Isaiah 61:1 and Luke 4:18, visiting from house to house as Paul did in Acts 20:20, and going to the homeless and to hospitals and to prisons, remembering that inasmuch as we do it unto the least of these we do it unto Him, Matthew 25:35 and 36, and turning those who wander from the truth, thereby saving a soul from death and covering a multitude of sins, James 5:19 and 20.

We entreat the Lord to draw your families to the assembly of His people, for none can come except the Father draw him, John 6:44, and to grant that none would forsake the assembling of themselves together, Hebrews 10:25, but would fellowship daily and continue steadfastly in the apostles doctrine, Acts 2:42, and as often as they eat the bread and drink the cup would show the Lords death till He come, 1 Corinthians 11:26. We ask that flesh and blood may not be trusted to reveal Christ, but that our Father in heaven would reveal His Son, Matthew 16:17, that the Holy Spirit would convict and convert, John 16:8, teach all things, John 16:13, and open minds to understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, granting hunger for the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, and faith which comes by hearing, Romans 10:17, with grace to receive the engrafted word which is able to save the soul, James 1:21, in humility and repentance, Acts 3:19 and 20.

May the Lord grant faith and repentance and the knowledge of the forgiveness of sins and newness of life, and keep all from the evil one, John 17:15, and may He give vision and protection from that lack of knowledge which destroys the people, Hosea 4:6. We pray that the Holy Spirit would say Today, if ye will hear His voice, harden not your hearts, Hebrews 3:7, and that today salvation would be sought and found, for the Lord wills that none should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and would have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, and that whole households would believe as in Acts 16:31.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, through whom alone we have access to the Father, and we pray that whatsoever we ask according to His will He heareth, and if we know that He hear us, we have the petitions that we desired of Him, 1 John 5:14. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for the shepherds and for the flock is right and good, and I join my prayer to yours for these things.

I thank God with you that He has given us salvation not by a long circuit of works, but by a short word that is near to us. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved. That same Jesus was born of a virgin and then was slain and poured out His blood and gave Himself to us as a spiritual feast. His death is the salvation of the world. For that reason the mysteries we celebrate at communion are called a sacrifice of thanksgiving, because they remember all His benefits and call us to give thanks continually before every word and work.

I pray with you that our pastors, teachers, and all who lead worship would seek God earnestly as Jeremiah says, with all their heart. May they be steadfast in the ministry of the Word and prayer, as the apostles devoted themselves, and in study to show themselves approved, rightly handling the word of truth. Grant them grace to pray, to study, to fast, and to lead in evangelism, to teach publicly and from house to house, to visit homes and hospitals and prisons, to preach good news to the poor and to clothe the naked as Christ commanded. May their lives show sound teaching and may their households walk faithfully.

I pray that the Lord who came to seek and to save the lost would use them for that very purpose. He came to save sinners, and He rejoices when the one lost sheep is found. May they preach repentance for the forgiveness of sins, for now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation. This is the only season given to us to lay hold of salvation, so let us not delay. May they warn as well as comfort, remembering the word that what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul, and that whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for Christ will save it.

I ask the Father to draw families and visitors and those who have wandered from the truth, that they would hear the Word with faith and humility which saves the soul. Let the Holy Spirit convict, teach, and open minds to understand the Scriptures, and give hunger for the pure milk of the Word. Grant that we would not forsake assembling together but fellowship daily and often eat the bread and drink the cup together in remembrance of Him until He comes, with worship in spirit and truth and with hearts thankful for all He has done. May the presence of Christ who promised to be with us always be known among us, and may affliction when it comes work patient endurance and comfort, since we share both in the sufferings of Christ and in His comfort.

May God hear this prayer according to His will that all would come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth, and may He protect His people from the evil one and keep us in His mercy. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is the way of salvation. Amen.
