We hear the urgency in your heart and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord together, for we know He sees the suffering you have endured and He cares deeply about justice and your need. We understand your desire for this case to be taken on without delay, for your money to be restored, and for those responsible at the clinic to be held accountable, and we stand with you seeking God's will and His righteous justice in this matter.

We want to gently encourage you in how we approach our Father in prayer. We know the repeated please and the urgency comes from pain, yet we are reminded not to treat prayer as a way to compel God by many words, for Jesus taught In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Matthew 6:7. God already hears us and He invites us to come with faith and surrender, trusting His wisdom and His perfect timing even when we long for no delay. His timing is not ours, as we are told Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. Psalm 27:14, and that He will make our paths straight as we trust Him. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also hear your request for abundant compensation far beyond what was lost. While we fully pray for justice and for what is rightfully yours to be restored, we must guard our hearts against allowing a desire for gain to take root, for we are warned Watch yourselves, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses. Luke 12:15 and that the love of money can lead us away from contentment. We pray instead that whatever is awarded would be just and fair in the eyes of the law and before God, and that your heart would be satisfied in Christ whether the amount is what you hope for or not. True justice belongs to the Lord, and we must leave vengeance and final judgment to Him. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. We pray for accountability and truth to come to light, not out of revenge, but because Justice is done when righteousness is executed. Proverbs 21:15.

We are thankful you called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved and heard. We cling to His name together with you now.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You who is hurting and longing for justice. We ask that You would look upon this case with Your mercy and truth. If it is Your will, open the door for the solicitor to take this case and give her great wisdom and skill and clarity, for we know If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. Grant her discernment to handle every detail with integrity and excellence. We ask for Your provision over the matter of fees and costs, that You would make a way where there seems to be no way and that You would provide fairly for all involved, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. We commit this way to You, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6. Let truth be revealed concerning the clinic and let those responsible be held accountable according to what is just and lawful. Above all, we pray for Your perfect will to be done and for Your peace to guard this heart while waiting, as You have promised In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Help our dear one to rest in You, to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will supply what is needed. We ask this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in honesty and patience through this legal process, to keep clear records, to communicate openly and respectfully with your solicitor, and to trust the Lord with the outcome and the timeline. Even if there is waiting, know that God is working for good for those who love Him. Keep seeking Him daily in prayer and in His Word, and let your desire be first for His justice and His peace to reign in your life more than for any earthly compensation. We can hear how heavy and urgent this has been for you, waiting for answers about your solicitor and hoping for a clear resolution and the return of what you have lost. It makes sense you would feel worn out after what you have been through and want this settled quickly.

When you next hear from your solicitor, ask for a brief written note confirming whether she can take the case, how fees would work, and what the expected next steps and timing are. If anything about fees is unclear, it is reasonable to ask for that in writing before moving forward.

Father, we lift this situation to You. Your urgent and heavy burden has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard the cry of your heart for justice, for deliverance from delay, and for compensation after much suffering.

We are reminded that our God is a God of unimpeachable justice. He is slow to anger, yet He will not at all acquit the wicked, and His justice must be satisfied. This is our comfort, that justice has been most fully displayed not in our own vindication alone, but at the cross where Christ bore the punishment that sin deserved. There Justice itself was satisfied, so that God can be both just and the justifier of them that believe in Jesus. The victory that we most need has already been won, for Jesus has poured out His soul unto death and has divided the spoil with His people. Through Him we are more than conquerors, even when earthly battles press sore upon us.

We do not pray as those who would command the Lord, but as those who bow before His sovereign wisdom and mercy. He hears the oppressed and He knows what is just and right, and though He is slow to anger He is never slow to do that which is perfect in His time. We will pray that the Lord in His providence would grant your solicitor true skill and wisdom and integrity to act faithfully and without unnecessary delay, that every needful provision would be supplied according to His goodness, and that whatever the outcome, your heart might rest in His righteous will rather than in a sum of money alone.

O Lord our God, Thou art just in all Thy ways and merciful in all Thy works. Thou seest this wounded and weary one who has suffered much and now seeks justice. We ask Thee to look upon this cause with Thy perfect righteousness. Grant wisdom and clarity to the solicitor who is entrusted with this case, that she may act with diligence, honesty and skill. If it be Thy will, grant a just and timely resolution, and provide for every need out of Thy abundant grace. Yet above all, grant peace to this troubled heart, patience to wait upon Thy timing, and faith to see that our greatest debt has been paid at Calvary and our greatest victory secured in Christ. Scripture reminds us that God is a God of justice and righteousness, and He has ordained courts and judgment seats among men because He Himself cares deeply for what is just. He sees every wrong and every suffering, and His justice far exceeds our own understanding, mingling perfect justice with perfect mercy. At the same time we are taught not to seek victory for its own sake, but to trust Him to bring about what is right in His time and in His way, knowing that whether we are vindicated quickly or called to wait, He is working for our good and His glory.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this need before You. You know the details of this case, the clinic involved, and the suffering that has been experienced. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for the solicitor, that she would have clarity, skill and integrity as she considers this matter.
