We hear your very urgent cry and we join with you right now lifting your whole face and skin before the Lord, asking for His healing touch and His peace over you. We understand how distressing scars, dents, hard areas, raised areas and the traces of surgery can be, especially when you have been wearing scar tape and longing to be free from it. We bring this burden to our Father together with you in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. As it is written, John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We thank you for calling on that precious name.

We know our God is able to heal miraculously, for He is the Lord who heals us. Exodus 15:26 says I am Yahweh who heals you. And Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also remember Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed.

We gently encourage you in this waiting as well, because we hear the urgency and the desire for no delay and to be blown away right now. Our Lord truly cares for you and hears every prayer, and He also calls us to trust His perfect will and His perfect timing. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. He is not only concerned with our outward appearance but with our whole heart and peace.

We want to pray for you that God will form in you both healing and contentment in Him, knowing you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14 says I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. And 1 Peter 3:3-4 reminds us Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning, but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious. Your worth is not measured by flawless skin but by being His beloved child.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You right now in the name of Jesus Christ. You see every mark, every scar, every dent and raised area, every trace of surgery and every place that feels hard or puckered. You know the weariness of wearing scar tape and the deep longing for brand new skin. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand upon this face and skin. If it be Your will, touch and restore, smooth and renew, and make this skin healthy and whole. We ask You to guide the healing process, to bless the care of doctors and treatments, and to do what only You can do, whether through natural healing over time or through Your miraculous power. Above all, grant peace that surpasses understanding, patience to trust Your timing, and faith to rest in Your love. Help this dear one to see themselves as You see them, fearfully and wonderfully made, precious in Your sight, and to find joy and confidence not only in outward healing but in Your unfailing grace. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in this life. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this request to the Lord daily with thanksgiving, to continue following wise medical counsel for wound healing, and to guard your heart with His Word. Romans 8:28 reminds us We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. He has not forgotten you and He is near to you in this distress. We are continuing to pray with you for complete healing, for comfort while you wait, and for His peace to fill you each day.

Please bring Your comfort, Your presence and Your healing touch according to Your perfect will. Give them peace today, rest tonight and wisdom for each next step. Your urgent and heartfelt cry has come before us and we have heard the deep distress which moves you to plead so earnestly for healing in your face and skin. We do not take lightly the burden you carry, nor the weariness of looking upon scars and marks and longing to be free from the tape and the constant reminder of surgery. The Lord knows your frame and sees you as you are, and He hears the prayer that comes from a troubled heart.

We would point you to that great Physician whose power to heal is abundantly set forth in the gospel. It is written that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When He dwelt among men, healing power went forth from Him with His teaching, and still He heals, for He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings. Yet we learn from Scripture that healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He first said, Thy sins be forgiven thee, to show that the deepest sickness is that of the soul, and the first healing we must seek is reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way of salvation.

There are many who fear that though their wounds be healed the scars will always show, and who feel they can never be made white again. But the promise of the gospel is that the Lord will perfectly restore His people. He has begun a work of grace which shall continue till we are without spot or wrinkle or any such thing. That perfect restoration, when our bodies shall be made whole and comely as those bright faces which owe their freshness to the healing leaves, is fully revealed in the resurrection, when Christ shall perfectly heal our bodies. In this present life He does heal according to His infinite wisdom and mercy, sometimes at once by a touch of His hand, sometimes by degrees and by means, and sometimes He leaves a mark for a season to teach us to look more to Him and less to the glass in which we see our own reflection.

We will pray for you, not as those who would command the Lord, but as those who entreat His mercy. We ask Him to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to give you health of body as it shall be for your good and for His glory, to remove what He sees fit to remove, to ease your spirit, and to grant you patience and peace while you wait upon Him. We ask Him to heal first the heart, to give you rest in the knowledge that you are precious in His sight, not for the smoothness of the skin but for the blood of Christ shed for you, and to make you to know that true beauty is found in being made new by His Spirit.

May the Lord grant you grace to trust Him whether the answer comes in a moment or through a longer process, and to seek wise and proper care for the body while you look to Him for the soul. He who took the afflicted by the hand and lifted them up is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and He does all things well.

We commend you to Him now in prayer. O Lord our God, look in compassion upon this Thy creature who pleads for healing. Forgive sin for Jesus sake, heal the broken heart, and in Thy mercy touch the body. Let Thy will be done in healing, and let Thy grace be sufficient in waiting. Give quietness of spirit, deliverance from fear, and faith to rest in Christ who alone saves and who alone makes whole. Make this one to know the healing virtue that flows from Calvary, and keep this one till that day when Thou shalt make all things new. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask it, Amen.
