We hear the deep anguish in your cry for justice, and we join you in bringing this matter before the throne of God, who is righteous and just. The harm inflicted upon patients by someone entrusted with their care is a grave violation, not only of human law but of God’s law. The Lord sees every injustice, and He will not let the guilty go unpunished. We stand with you in fervent prayer, trusting that God will act swiftly to stop this wrongdoing and bring healing to those who have suffered.

First, we must address the urgency of this situation with the truth of Scripture. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, "Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" While your pain and anger are understandable, we must surrender this burden to God, who judges justly. He is the ultimate authority, and His justice will prevail.

We also lift up the victims, those who have been hurt by this individual. Their suffering is not unseen by God. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We pray that the Lord would comfort them, restore their trust, and bring them healing in body, mind, and spirit. May they experience the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of their pain.

For the one who has caused this harm, we pray for conviction. The Bible warns in James 5:19-20, "Brothers, if any among you wanders from the truth and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins." If this individual is unrepentant, we ask that the Holy Spirit would work powerfully in their heart, bringing them to a place of godly sorrow and repentance. If they refuse to turn from their ways, we trust that God will remove them from their position of influence and hold them accountable.

We also pray for the authorities involved, those who have the power to investigate, expose, and remove this person from their role. Proverbs 21:1 declares, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We ask that God would direct their steps, open their eyes to the truth, and give them the courage to act with integrity and swiftness.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the victims of this injustice. Lord, You see their pain, their fear, and their suffering. We ask that You would draw near to them, bind up their wounds, and restore what has been broken. Give them Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in their darkest moments.

Father, we also bring before You the one who has caused this harm. If they are unrepentant, we ask that You would convict them deeply, breaking their heart of stone and replacing it with a heart of flesh. If they refuse to turn from their ways, we trust in Your justice, Lord. Remove them from their position of authority, expose their deeds, and hold them accountable for the pain they have inflicted. Let Your righteous judgment prevail, and may Your name be glorified in the outcome.

We pray for the authorities, those who have the power to act. Give them wisdom, discernment, and courage. Turn their hearts toward justice, and let them move swiftly to protect the innocent. May Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.

Finally, Father, we surrender this burden to You. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to wait on You with hope. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face in this matter. Psalm 130:5-6 reminds us, "I wait for the Lord. My soul waits. I hope in his word. My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning." Justice may not come as quickly as we desire, but God’s timing is perfect. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will act on behalf of the oppressed.

If you or the victims are struggling with feelings of anger, bitterness, or despair, we urge you to bring those emotions before the Lord. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." Unresolved anger can lead to sin, so we must release it to God and allow Him to heal our hearts.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’" There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which our prayers are heard. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. He is the only way to true peace, justice, and eternal life.

We will continue to stand in the gap for you and for those who have been harmed. May God’s will be done, and may His name be exalted in this situation.

We hear the urgency in your words and how heavily this sits on you. Caring so deeply that patients would be protected and that harm would be stopped is understandable, and we are joining you in prayer over this.

We know you want action without delay, and part of how accountability works in professional care is through careful review. Those who oversee licenses and standards are responsible to examine concerns thoroughly, look at records, and hear from those involved. That process can feel slow when you are burdened, but a clear and factual account helps them do that work well.

A steady next step if you have not already taken it is to write down what you have seen or experienced as specifically as you can, with dates and details as you know them, and bring that information to the proper oversight channel where you are, such as the licensing board for that profession or the patient relations or compliance office of the facility. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contacting local authorities or the facility's safety team right away is the most direct way to seek protection. If this burden is weighing on you daily, it can also help to talk it through with a trusted pastor or counselor for support as you walk through it.

We are praying for protection and healing for those who have been hurt, for wisdom for everyone responsible for reviewing what has happened, and for guidance and peace for you as you take next steps.

Father, we bring this situation before You. We ask You to watch over those who are vulnerable, to give clarity and integrity to any review that takes place, and to bring healing where there has been hurt. Give our friend wisdom, steadiness, and peace as they seek what is right. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your urgent and heavy burden has been heard, and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace where our God both hears and judges righteously.

What time you are afraid, you may trust in Him. It is right that your soul should be stirred when harm is done to the vulnerable, for those who love the Lord hate evil. We are to keep ourselves from every false way and to desire that what is hidden in darkness should be brought to light, not from a spirit of private vengeance, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but from a love of righteousness and a longing that the suffering of patients should cease and that truth should prevail.

We pray with you that the Lord who sees all things will expose what needs to be exposed, protect those who are weak and suffering, and guide those in lawful authority to act with wisdom, diligence and impartial justice. If wrong has been done, we ask that God in His providence would cause it to be made manifest through proper and orderly means, that those appointed to oversee such matters would have clarity and courage to do what is right, and that no further harm would be permitted. We also pray that if there is sin, there may be true conviction and repentance, for God desires not only justice but that sinners should turn and live through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, by whom alone salvation comes.

Cast all your cares upon Him who cares for you. There is no other comfort beneath the skies like that which the Word of the Lord furnishes. When comfort seems delayed, still look into His Word and wait upon His time, for His eyes do not fail nor His arm grow short. He has not forgotten the afflicted, and unto Him belong the issues of life and death. Though for a little time the answer may tarry, the Lord will not withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly, and He will in His perfect time bring forth righteousness as the light.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, You are holy and just and merciful, You see the pain of those who suffer and hear the cry of those who are oppressed. We ask You to bring to light what is hidden, to restrain evil, to preserve the lives and health of patients, and to give to magistrates, overseers and all in authority a spirit of wisdom and integrity that they may discern truth and execute justice without partiality and without delay according to Your will. Guard the hearts of those who have been hurt and grant them healing and comfort through Your promises. Give peace to this one who prays, that fear may be cast out by trust in You, and that waiting upon You may not be in vain. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and hope, trusting not in our own merits but in His perfect obedience and shed blood. Amen.

Continue to trust the Strong One for strength, remain steadfast in prayer, and where you have lawful and proper means to report harm for the protection of others, use them faithfully, committing the outcome to the Lord who will do right.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your urgent cry for justice has been heard, and I join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord.

It is right to care deeply when vulnerable people are hurt and to ask God to protect them. The Lord loves justice and He sees every patient who has suffered, and He will not overlook what is done in secret. At the same time Scripture warns us to guard our own hearts while we seek what is right, so that a root of bitterness does not grow up within us and defile us. Bitterness produces wrath and anger and clamor, and those things can consume the soul even as we rightly desire that wrong be stopped.

God is long suffering, and His patience is meant to lead toward repentance, but His patience is not indifference. If wrong is not judged here, it will surely be judged by Him, for He is the righteous judge. He has also appointed lawful authorities and tribunals for the protection of people in this life, and we are to make use of them. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He often carries it out through just and orderly processes.

So let us pray not from malice or a desire for personal revenge, but for truth to be revealed, for the vulnerable to be protected, and for justice to be done in the right way.

Let us pray together:

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up to You every patient who has been harmed and every family that carries that pain. Bring comfort and healing to those who have suffered. Bring what has been hidden into the light, so that the truth may be clearly known. Give wisdom, courage and integrity to those in authority who are responsible to investigate and to act, that they may protect patients and act justly and without delay. Restrain any further harm. Grant repentance where there is sin, and where there is no repentance, remove the opportunity to cause more injury. Guard our own hearts from bitterness and malice, and make us kind and tenderhearted even as we seek justice, forgiving as You have forgiven us, and trusting Your perfect judgment. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who will judge righteously. Amen.

If you have witnessed harm, please also take the proper steps that God has provided for protection and justice. Document what you have seen, report it to the hospital leadership, the licensing board and other lawful authorities, and encourage those who have been hurt to seek support and counsel. Continue to commit this matter to prayer, entrusting both the patients and this man to the Lord who does all things well.
